ola boa tarde!!! aluguei um apartamento proximo a esse,um dia antes da viagem me ligaram falando q ouve um problema com o apartamento e q n poderia mais ser ele,sendo assim me colocaram nesse ai da foto que e bem localizado mas,o piso de todo apartamento quebrado colocando em riscos as criancas,as camas todas pareciam porrete de tao dura e colchoes com buracos,o sofa era um quebra osso e quebrado ainda,os talheres soltava dos cabos ao ser usados e ao lavar,a misteira era velha demais e tinha um buraco em cima,as cadeiras da mesa estavam bambas e eu nem sentava com medo de cair ou quebrar e eu ainda ter q pagar,o fogao mais velho que a serra,controle do portao nao funcionava,fiquei sem poder tirar o carro 1 dia,o apartamento fede,ai no site fala que cabe 10 pessoas mas isso e a mentira mais cabeluda q ja ouvi,tem so 5 garfos se forem 10 pessoas teria q fazer um rodizio de garfos e dormir um em cima do outro !!! que ferias maravilhosa seria ficar la com 10 pessoas afffff, acho um absurdo com todo respeito eu tirar ferias ,viajar p relaxar e ficar ligando para o rapaz da manutencao vir resolver problemas q seria do proprietario e nao meu,me senti lesada,voltei com a coluna destruida e nunca mais colocarei os pes nem na portaria desse apartamento!!!

Apartamento arejado,de fundos,tamanho ótimo para exatas 8 pessoas.Muito comercio por perto.Infelizmente não encontramos o apartamento limpo pois qdo chegamos a faxineira ainda estava lá,tivemos que deixar as coisas e fazer hora na rua,mas estávamos dentro do horário marcado de entrega.Necessita dedetização e vistoria de quantidade de talheres e copos para o numero de pessoas que recebe.No mais a estadia foi boa.

Fui com minha família para conhecer esse lugar maravilhoso chamado Guarapari, e nos acomodamos muito bem nesse apartamento. Localização muito privilegiada, proprietária muito atenciosa e correta, usei carro pra nada, mercado, farmacia e praia pertissimo. Um dia voltarei à guarapari, e com certeza entrarei em contato com o Sra. Ester e esposo Jeverson, para novamente ficar nesse apartamento
