Why Scott and Linda Leidner chose Town of Beekmantown
Lake Champlain is a summer paradise, popular with sailors, power boaters, and fishermen alike. This Adirondack Coastal waterway offers 123 miles of navigational opportunities to the north and south, as well as western exploration into numerous island coves, and bays of Vermont. Lake Champlain is a world class Bass fishery with a variety of other fish species to entice visiting anglers. Loon Landing is located within several miles of two state boat launches and is within close proximity to Point au Roche State Park, a popular nature-viewing spot with hundreds of acres of hiking trails. Several marinas are nearby, as well. With breathtaking views of the Green Mountains, and the Adirondack Park a short thirty minute drive away, Loon Landing is the perfect year round vacation retreat for outdoor enthusiasts. The spring and fall seasons provide their own beautiful backdrops for a restful vacation at Loon Landing. For those who enjoy winter activities, ski areas, snowmobile trails, and hiking trails are a short drive away. Montreal, Lake Placid, and Burlington are all within approximately a one hour drive from the house.

Loon landing is gorgeous! The house is adorable, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay!
We had a great week, including a spectacular 4th of July firework display from the owners! We can't wait to book our next stay at Loon Landing!!
The view is hard to beat!!
Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate, but we enjoyed our stay. House is clean and comfortable. The views from the deck are second to none. Loved building a fire at dusk and watching the water. Weekend proved to be everything we were hoping for with a little antiquing and a lot of relaxing.
The home is a perfect Adirondack getaway, complete with authentic furniture, and beautiful antiques.
Loon Landing is complete with both modern amenities, and rustic charm. It is the perfect location to celebrate a significant achievement (our son's graduation from SUNY Plattsburgh), or to kick back and relax (which we had time to do as well). The home has great flow for gatherings, with spectacular views. Meticulously and lovingly furnished, we will forever reflect upon the what was a truly memorable weekend. Thanks Scott & Linda!!
Nice quiet, cozy and comfy home
Nice place. Beds are really comfortable and all linens are great. Can only imagine how much nicer it probably is in the summer! Only 1 suggestion though: garbage organizing could be better, less complicated with the frozen bins outside, especially if you want to recycle. All the rest was super good, we will go back hopefully!
Beautiful and private lakeside home,
Lovely home and property on the shore of Lake Champlain.
This house was everything we hoped for, and we would love to come back and spend more time there. Having coffee on the deck in the early morning was wonderful!
