We are private owners and currently only offer our condo for the EAA Airventure airshow week and the weeks of Lifest and Crossroads. We do our best to provide you with a clean, safe and welcoming condo full of all the amenities needed.
For safety purposes, security cameras are positioned outside the house (one in front and one in back). There are no cameras installed inside the premises.
Must emphasize that this is a 4 level condo with no elevator, must be capable of traversing a flight of stairs or two.
The condo HOA prohibits short term guest from entering the private backyard, guest may enjoy the views from the decks.

We are from Wisconsin Dells where we brought up our 3 wonderful children. Newly empty nesters we purchased our condo summer of 2024 as a place for our daughter to stay while attending school at UWO for nursing. We thought this would be a great investment not only to help our daughter out but to give us a place to enjoy all that Oshkosh has to offer. We soon came to realize that Oshkosh is a great place to visit and thought what an excellent opportunity to let others enjoy this great city as well. So we created this rental ad hoping that not only would it help us make ends meet, but would help others out by providing a comfortable and clean place to stay with that home away from home feel while visiting the area.
Why they chose this property
Our family is very much a water family. We love spending time on the water whether it's fishing, swimming, kayaking or just enjoying the lake on our pontoon. If it's nice out we're on the water.
So when looking for a place for our daughter to stay while attending UWO we came across this condo and of course the proximity and access to lake Winnebago is what sold us.
Located in a quiet area on the northeast edge of town. There is a Piggly Wiggly grocery store just a couple blocks away. The public boat landing is only 1.5 miles to the south at beautiful Menominee park.
So when looking for a place for our daughter to stay while attending UWO we came across this condo and of course the proximity and access to lake Winnebago is what sold us.
