The space
This fully-furnished, 548 sq ft premier luxurious smart condo offers everything one may dream about having in their mid-term rental. Its 97 walk score makes it a walker’s paradise, offering unparalleled access to grocery stores, fine dining, boutique stores, parks and attractions. Its fully stocked kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances can quickly entice you to stay home and make delicious meals for yourself. Getting around town cannot be easier, either: multiple bus routes are within arms reach, and the parking spot in the secure garage enables you to roll in w/ your vehicle like you own the place. Finally, closing the night on the rooftop deck and enjoying the 360-degree views can leave you with some unforgettable memories.

A queen-size bed, fitted with premium-quality bed sheets and 4 pillows await you to catch some Z-Z-Zs. Oversized windows fitted with honeycomb shades and full-blackout curtains enable you to control the amount of sunlight in the room to your liking.
The two nightstands, one on each side of the bed, are fitted with night lamps for the avid mid-night readers.
The alarm clock is just an arm reach away, and ready to wake you up as instructed, while the USB-C & USB-micro cables conveniently placed on the night stand offer easy phone/tablet charging while you sleep.
The smart thermostat can easily be set to your preferred temperature by saying “Alexa set the thermostat in the bedroom to X degrees”.
