Great time, clean, comfortable stay. Plenty of room for our family of 4 with a King bed and Full/queen with trundle bed in 2nd bedroom. Easy access to water and dock with stairs and walkway. Great views!
This was a very relaxing place to stay. The hot tub was wonderful and the views were great. They had everything needed. I would highly recommend this place.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property and can’t wait to stay again in the future. It was the perfect location on the lake for our weekend getaway. The host was very professional and quickly responded to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property!
What an excellent stay I experinced here! The hosts had the place totally rrady and even specially decorated for the Holiday season! They were very welcoming and very accommodating for anything I needed. The home and property were VERY relaxing. It felt very private and like it was all my own for the time there. I can say with confidence I will.be back to visit this place again!!
We had a wonderful relaxing stay.Property is well equipped, clean and simple. Owner is very responsive to any questions we had. Only thing that would've made our stay better would have been if we had our own boat to explore the lake. We would definitely stay here again.
This is a nice place to stay with a wonderful view of the river. It has all the comforts of home except for the dishwasher. I did miss that.

Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful view - our property sits right on Grand Lake of the Cherokees, and it truly is a special spot to relax and unwind. We appreciate you mentioning the dishwasher; as noted in our listing the home doesn't include one, but we do our best to make sure the kitchen is well-stocked for easy clean-up. We hope you'll visit again soon!
The pictures are true to what the place looks like. The place is nicely decorated and they’ve made good use of a smaller space. The view from the deck is nice and the sunset views from the dock are beautiful! Eric is quick to respond and is incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here!
This place is perfect for a weekend getaway—we absolutely loved it! The view is fantastic, and its location just outside of town means you can avoid the traffic during events at Disney. Plus, Eric is great to work with, making the whole experience even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Eric!
This property was perfect for a short getaway. My husband and I brought our two dogs with us for the first time. They loved swimming in the lake and the views from inside the cabin. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The bed and linens were a treat. The outside deck railing is a little precarious. Other than that this house is in a perfect location and we will definitely be returning.
Sharp turn off the road into drive. We passed it twice. Steep driveway and hard to see getting back onto roadway. Not a big deal to us, but it might be to some. The covered seating area pictured is actually behind the other cabin on the lot. We did have a deck all the way across the back of the house looking out over the lake. There is a ton of wildlife to watch. Including the racoon that got in the trash, deer, lots of birds, fish, butterflies. The house was clean and welcoming. The doors along the back side give a great view of the lake. The sheer curtains, even in the bedroom, didn’t feel very private though. Kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. Just basic things for 2 people. The hot tub was perfection. The access to the dock and water was down a pretty steep hill with several stairs. Again not an issue for us, but definitely could be for some. There are 2 houses on the lot. One is marked east and one marked west. This listing is for the west one. We would gladly stay here again as a couple. Not sure it would have been a great set up for a family with younger kids.

Shawna, thanks for your review. The neighborhood entrance does have a metal sign on the entrance fence with the neighborhood name. We are unable to make changes to that. The pavilion is behind and above both homes in the neighborhood and sits between them. It's similar to a neighborhood pool, someone's home will always be closer. We have added drapes in the Primary bedroom. They do block some of the gorgeous lake views though. Thanks again for your stay and review!
