About Tab Dahl 541-480-6986
We are real estate brokers and investors who love living in Bend. I'm a third generation Central Oregonian and Mark is originally from Hawaii. We love playing golf, skiing, snowboarding, traveling, playing on the river, and enjoying all the fun family activities our area offers. We feel truly blessed to live in such a beautiful place. The photo of our family was taken in front of our real estate office downtown Bend. Our office sponsored rides on the CYCLE PUB.... What an awesome time.

Why Tab Dahl 541-480-6986 chose Old Bend
The Deschutes river and iconic Drake Park make this property extra special. Bend's newest Whitewater Park is just upstream. The riverfront park Miller's Landing is just down the street and Columbia Park, a fun park for kid's..... affectionately called 'Pirate Park' is just down the street and across the foot bridge. The Whitewater Park and The Pavilion are very close. We love how close everything is to this home. This home is great for folks who are looking for that special location in Bend.
What makes this Bungalow unique
The little old mill cabin wasn't much when Mark made the offer on it...But the view wasn't so bad. Don't forget to check out the photo of the original mill cabin before the remodel. Although the cabin was taken down to it's studs, a new foundation put in and everything else was replaced, the old feel is still there. The timber which became the mantle on the river rock fireplace was found in the crawl space. We love that old time past residents have showed up and shared their memories with us. We hope you will enjoy this special place.

Perfect place for fun race
We came to Bend to run in the half marathon. I didn't realize the house would be so perfectly located! Easy walk to downtown (race start) and easy walk or bike ride to the Mill District and a great section of river to watch river surfers (no idea what they're actually called but entertaining). Bonus - the race goes right pass the house, so I was able to get psyched up watching the full marathoners, and able to ditch my sweatshirt on the porch a mile into our half. The beach access for the house is so sweet, with chairs and loungers and kayaks and paddleboards. It was a little too cold for us to use the toys - perfect excuse to come back!
Perfect Location in Downtown
Absolutely amazing! The house was charming, but the outdoor space was by far the best part! The outdoor space is shared with the other rentals on the property, but it's well worth it. Also, very pet friendly. Will definitely be visiting again soon.
fantastic spot on the river, walking distance to 10 barrel
WE had a great time, easy to check in, well maintained. 5 min walk to coffee and breweries. There was a growler in the kitchen to take with us. We had our 14 month old baby with us and there was enough room for us and her "pack and play."
Having access to the river as a part of this rental is AMAZING! We spent hours every day in the Adirondack chairs...bring your favorite beverage and enjoy!!
central location, easy to get to everything Bend has to offer
We had a fantastic long weekend in Bend. The bungalow was the perfect size for 2 people and we brought our dogs along as well. Bend is such a dog friendly town, and it was great to find a rental that welcomed our dogs. The bungalow is in an amazing location, close to everything Bend has to offer. The bed was very comfortable and it place is equip with all the amenities you could need, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We would love to come back in the summer in order to enjoy the riverfront location and little beach. Thank you!!
Bungalow in Bend
My husband and I had a wonderful time in Bend. Great location, perfectly cozy home, and what is there not to like about Bend OR? The Beach was perfect place to spend the "cold" afternoon in the sun. The house came with everything you could want. Warm cozy living room with a fireplace, all the essentials, bikes to ride, kayaks to use, BBQ. We would definitely come back for another stay. Don't let the shared beach scare you away. It's a great set-up and a great way to meet new people. Tabitha the owner is very easy to work with and very accommodating. We arrived with a bottle of wine and a Happy Anniversary card. The neat thing is... I don't recall telling them it was our anniversary. :) Thoughtful and generous... Thank you.
Great downtown location near Drake Park, Miller's Landing and The Old Mill District of Bend, which is next to the Les Schwab Amphitheatre and near many shops, bars, art galleries and restaurants; Bend offers rustic ambience and friendly service, set against the stunning backdrop of the Cascade Mountains and the Deschutes River.
