We are real estate brokers and investors who love living in Bend. I'm a third generation Central Oregonian and Mark is originally from Hawaii. We love playing golf, skiing, snowboarding, traveling, playing on the river, and enjoying all the fun family activities our area offers. We feel truly blessed to live in such a beautiful place.
The photo of our family was taken in front of RE /MAX Key Properties. Our office sponsored rides on the CYCLE PUB.... What an awesome time.

The Deschutes river and iconic Drake Park make this property extra special. Bend's newest Whitewater Park is just upstream. The riverfront park Miller's Landing is just down the street and Columbia Park, a fun park for kid's..... affectionately called 'Pirate Park' is just down the street and across the foot bridge. The Whitewater Park and The Pavilion are very close. We love how close everything is to this home. This home is great for folks who are looking for that special location in Bend.
The little old mill cabin wasn't much when Mark made the offer on it...But the view wasn't so bad. Don't forget to check out the photo of the original mill cabin before the remodel. Although the cabin was taken down to it's studs, a new foundation put in and everything else was replaced, the old feel is still there. The timber which became the mantle on the river rock fireplace was found in the crawl space. We love that old time past residents have showed up and shared their memories with us. We hope you will do too.
The place was clean and easy to find. Checking in was easy. You're close to just about anything you could want to do in Bend. Walking distance to a handful of pubs and other places to eat. Will be staying here again if it's available the next time I'm in Bend.
This house was everything we wanted and then some. Everything was clean, cozy and inviting for a great long weekend getaway in bend. Tastefuly decorated and well supplied this house was a great vacation rental. Only recommendation I could make is a little better wifi . Will definitely book this property for next trip to bend , all around great place to vacation and relax.
We had a great weekend at the Bungalow! The location is close to everything and we could have walked every where if there had not been a foot and a half of fresh snow on the ground. But the driveway and walkway were cleared and the house was nice and warm. We will be back!
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in Bend!
Cozy cottage feel on the river. Clean, well supplied house within 10 minute walk to downtown and the fun craft breweries in the NW side. We lived the neighborhood. Only comment to owners would be to get better lighting in the living room and bedroom. But, a nice place for a couples getaway for sure!
My husband and I came down for the weekend and it was a perfect fit for us and our pup. It was close to everything and a quiet place to relax in the evening. Even though it was a little cold, the river area was awesome and I could see how fun it would be in the summer! My dog loved exploring down there and looking at the ducks. The house was equipped with what we needed and I loved the fireplace in the evening. Overall, great little rental! We'd come to stay again!
