About Tab Dahl 541-480-6986

We are real estate brokers and investors who love living in Bend. I'm a third generation Central Oregonian and Mark is originally from Hawaii. We love playing golf, skiing, snowboarding, traveling, playing on the river, and enjoying all the fun family activities our area offers. We feel truly blessed to live in such a beautiful place.

The photo of our family was taken in front of our real estate office downtown Bend. Our office sponsored rides on the CYCLE PUB.... What an awesome time.

Tab Dahl 541-480-6986 purchased this bungalow in 1996

Why Tab Dahl 541-480-6986 chose Old Bend

The Deschutes river and iconic Drake Park make this property extra special. Bend's newest Whitewater Park is just upstream. The riverfront park Miller's Landing is just down the street and Columbia Park, a fun park for kid's..... affectionately called 'Pirate Park' is just down the street and across the foot bridge. The Whitewater Park and The Pavilion are very close. We love how close everything is to this home. This home is great for folks who are looking for that special location in Bend.

What makes this bungalow unique

The little old mill cabin wasn't much when Mark made the offer on it...But the view wasn't so bad. Don't forget to check out the photo of the original mill cabin before the remodel. Although the cabin was taken down to it's studs, a new foundation put in and everything else was replaced, the old feel is still there. The timber which became the mantle on the river rock fireplace was found in the crawl space. We love that old time past residents have showed up and shared their memories with us. We hope you will do too.

Great cozy little get away

  • 4 of 5

This bungalow is the perfect get away for two. We liked the proximity to everything including the parks and the fun things to do around town. It's not really right on the beach as it looks, its tucked behind the big house. However, access to the little beach is easy and there were plenty of ducks to great us when we walked down there. It's not the most private of houses, as its very close to the main houses and some rentals next door, so if you are looking for a retreat with solitude, this is probably not the place. We didn't mind that, so it wasn't a big deal to us. The house itself is well appointed. The bed was especially comfortable and we loved the fireplace. The only reason this doesn't get five stars is the partially sheer curtains on the back slider window. There is no way to close the curtains for completely privacy on the back door of the property. This is a bit odd as at night we felt a little exposed. Otherwise, we loved this place and would go again.

Nice cabin

  • 4 of 5

Only negative was the squeaky bed that we though was going to collapse. Everything else was great.

We just returned from a few days staying at the Riverfront Bungalow. It was fantastic. So clean and comfortable. It was stocked with anything you could ever need to feel at home. The location was wonderful. We can't wait to stay here again.
