It was so convenient to grocery shopping, Target, Rosedale Mall, Como Conservatory and Park and loads of dining options. The host owner was very helpful and even gave me a quick tour when I checked the home prior to booking. We had a delightful stay!

As advertised: roomy and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Fresh coffee beans in the grinder for delicious coffee. This house is nicely located and the owner is very helpful. I highly recommend this rental

Our family spent a weekend at the home. Damian was excellent to work with and even let us access the house a little early. The house was clean. It was older than it appeared in the pictures. We would stay there again.

Damian was awesome. Very responsive to the very few requests we had. The home was nice and worked great for our group of 6 adults over Christmas. Would stay again for sure.

I had family come to town for a graduation and we rented the house for them to stay in. Damian was awesome to work with. He responded to my questions in a timely manner and was very accommodating. The house was in great shape and in a great location. Also, the house has a great vibe to it without losing the old house feel.

It was a great spot for our crew for the week. We had a great stay, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to spread out. Out. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant time. Home was mostly as advertised. Bare bones but for the job done. Very suitable for a larger family gathering. The back yard is very spacious but could be more functional after some landscaping around the fire pit and backyard. There is a lot of over grown weeds, thistles and such.
