We loved our time at this property! It was within walking distance to the park and a great gym, and easy access to the highway. Saved a ton of money as compared to booking a hotel as well!
It is super convenient to stay here to visit my Vandy student. We would stay here every time we come if we could! It was great!

Thank you for the kind words. We’re so glad the location was convenient for visiting your Vandy student! We’d love to host you again anytime you’re in town.
We spent 4 nights at this location and honestly cannot recommend it for trips to Nashville. The apartment is pretty big and easy enough to get into, but the execution needs a ton of work. We had no hangers, only 3 pillowcases, a moldy shower curtain and corroded shower head. We couldn’t get the nightstand plug to work without a power brick, and the sheets look like they’re a good 10 years old. The tv suggestions and history were some pretty graphic pornography left from the last tenant left on the screen. The team heard about the hangers and pillowcases and all I got back was “we will reach out.” Then got nothing for a fix. Check in is 4pm and check out was at 10am. Not a ton for the check out errands but I really wish we chose a different property. For at least 2 of the days here, homeless individuals slept in the parking garage- we mostly parked on the street so be mindful.
