Master Bedroom, Second bedroom and Bathroom-

Master bedroom has a King size bed, a walk in closet, a full length mirror, beautiful mahogany furnishing and a makeup vanity with magnifying light up mirror.

The Second bedroom has a Queen size bed, an exposed closet, a full length mirror and a foldable vanity with magnifying light up mirror.

The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash. The laundry machines are located in the bathroom room for your use during your stay, we provide laundry soap.

Kitchen and Eat-in Bar-

The kitchen is equipped and fully stocked with what is needed for preparing and enjoying meals. The appliances are stainless steel and includes a gas stove/oven, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a blender, a Keurig coffee maker, an electric kettle and all the cooking kitchen basics like pans, pots, hand mixer, baking dishes, plates, bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, cooking tools and silverware. We also provide, salt, pepper, basic spices and oil.

The coffee bar in the kitchen is stocked with an assortment of coffee pods, teas, sweeteners, creamers, coffee mugs and to-go cups.

The Den/Game Room-

Have fun playing with the Arcade 1Up Pac Man game which includes 8 different retro arcade games. Also in the game room are a variety of board games and a complete poker set.

The comfy leather couch in the game room has a queen size sofa bed with a 2 inch memory foam mattress topper. Put your feet up on the mushroom ottomans and watch a movie on the 50 inch Google streaming smart TV with Netflix, Max, Hulu, YouTube TV, Peacock and Amazon Prime TV to name a few.

Private Backyard-

Relax in the charming backyard with outdoor string lighting, colorful furnishings, bright decor and a warm fire pit to enjoy in the evenings (propane tank for an extra fee). The beautiful plants and trees in the backyard provide a serene setting, which attracts insects and small animals. Pest control services are used to keep insects down to a minimum.

Our location-

Close to Legoland, Oceanside/Carlsbad beaches, San Diego Safari Park, SoCal Sports Complex, Oceanside Pier, the Carlsbad Premium Outlets and the Carlsbad Lagoons. We are a little over an hour from Disneyland and Disneyland California Adventure parks.

Guest access:

Located in the hills of Vista, a car is recommended. One free parking space for 1 standard size automobile is available on premises. Enjoy the privacy of the entire guest house and all that it has to offer as pictured in the listing.

Other things to note:
Cleaning service during stay is not provided, but can be arranged for an extra $125 fee paid by guest.

Sorry but we can’t accommodate any type of pets in our guest house due to extreme allergies.

Smoking is only allowed outside in the backyard. Cigarette butts must be removed from property by guests.
