The Listing was beautiful. It was very clean and spacious. We had a wonderful time in Las Vegas while staying in Joe’s property.

A Bit disappointed

Could have been better for a penthouse. Toilet ran the whole time, remote didnt work even though someone came out and said someone else will return to fix the TV. Shower handle was broken so we were afraid to use the shower so we didnt break the door. It was all reported but no one came out to fix what a reported was broken.

The suite was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Owners were excellent communicators so there was no anxiety about arrival, check in or whom to talk to if there were any issues. Handy to have the coffee shop and the lounge in the lobby. A short ride to the airport and a nice stroll to the strip.

Perfect Weekend

Signature was great option for long weekend. Close enough to everything we wanted to do, but far enough to escape craziness. The unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Perfect.

Great place; poor response to problems

The place was clean, roomy, very nice. But TV didn't work. We contacted owner through manager's email. Some time later, they wrote with a suggestion that didn't work. Then they asked for a photo, but their email wouldn't accept one. We tried for two days to get TV. It would have been nice, with 10 temps outside, to have TV. They did not handle it well.

Joe was easy to work with and responded promptly to any questions. Condo is clean, quiet and comfortable.

Viva Las Vegas

We had a great stay at this apartment which is well appointed with great views of the Strip. Easy check in and the host provided lots of information prior to our stay and was very responsive to any questions. We were able to use all the facilities at the MGM Grand including the pools. Handy Starbucks in the lobby. We have fed back to the host that the mattress needs looking at as it was showing signs of wear. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

Nice Place To Stay

We arrived and were promptly checked in, with a nice early check-in at 3 pm instead of 4 pm, which was really appreciated. The room was exactly as described and we enjoyed the kitchenette which allowed us to make our morning coffee, as well as make our breakfast.

Clean and Welcoming

This unit was just as pictured on the listing. The property was incredibly clean and well maintained. It is very convenient to the Vegas strip, yet incredibly quiet when you just want to escape the chaos. The bed was super comfortable. Amenities such as the refrigerator, microwave, and basic kitchen supplies were much appreciated so we could have some meals and beverages in the room. It is very conveniently located to CVS/Walgreens if you need anything, and is a quick ride back to the airport. We enjoyed the view from the room, and yet we could not hear anything from outside. The owner was very helpful and checking in was a breeze. If in Vegas again, we would absolutely stay at this property!

Real good stay.

Just a couple of things. The mattress on both sides are really slated toward the outside of the bed. We both woke up with back aches daily. The place overall was very clean. The shower tile walls could use a good scrubbing. Overall it was great. Perfect size for the two of us a well located for all our activities. Loved the size of the refrigerator! Larger than most similarly sized condos. Thanks.

Wife’s 40th

Check in was super simple and very professional. The unit was exactly as described. The bed was comfortable and the best part was how quiet it was. Away from all the noise of the strip it was perfect! Starbucks in the lobby along with any items you might need available for purchase. We enjoyed the security at the elevators, safest stay I’ve ever had in Vegas! The MGM and monorail are a short walk down with moving walkways, makes it a breeze to get to the strip. We will absolutely be staying again!

Clean and quiet - Great location

We loved our stay in this Signature unit. Very quiet and comfortable. Great location to walk to Strip. Nice having Starbucks right downstairs. Host communication was excellent. Check in and out was a snap.

Perfect

I came to see U2 at The Sphere. The room is conveniently located a short drive from the airport and I could get to all the popular attractions easily on foot or via the monorail. The hosts were great with communication and making sure everything was ok. Room is spacious and clean. Highly recommend.
