Located in the sought-after Foothills community near Thousand Hills Golf Resort, you’ll have access to top-notch amenities, including both an indoor and outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a fully equipped fitness center. Plus, as a special thank-you for booking, we include (2) complimentary tickets to a show at The Hughes Brothers Theatre (subject to availability and schedule).

This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between two private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and a shared ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo (also accessible from the living room).

Bedroom #2 features a king-size bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a vanity and a shower/jetted tub combo.

The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing, with plenty of comfortable seating, a smart TV, and direct access to the covered balcony—ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the fresh Ozark air. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, plus a breakfast bar for casual dining and a dining table set for six for more formal gatherings.

Community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

We stayed at this condo Nov12-15 with another couple to take in some Branson shows. The condo was a perfect fit for two couples having two masters. It was clean and had everything we needed. Being a street level walk-in was wonderful since my husband walks with a cane. And a wonderful location, close to everything we needed to do. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place, quite, easy access and location. Floors needed cleaned and dining table top need refinished, we went out and bought a table cloth to put on it. I did not receive my info to get access code, but when I called they did apologize saying the text had failed so she send it immediately. They were prompt when I ask for dish clothes. Over all a good place to stay.

Host was very responsive to any concerns. Minor inconveniences but they assured they’d be taken care of. Would definitely use this host again! Beautiful space! Well maintained. Even with two steps it was easy for my disabled family member to get in.

Great stay

We enjoyed your property. Only a few comments…each bedroom needs a luggage rack and each bath sink was slow to drain. But overall the stay was nice and relaxing. You might need to look at one of your chairs at the kitchen table as its rungs are broken. Overall our stay was great and relaxing

Close to attractions

Very nice, close to shows & outlet mall. It would have been nice to have written instructions for the TV. Rugs need to be replaced or washed. Host was always quick to respond to any questions.

Fun times

Had a great stay. Very clean unit. The beds are high off the ground but we thought both beds were very comfortable and we are PICKY! The A/c thermostat kept resetting to 75 at night. They promptly fixed this and replace the wall unit. Then the a/c worked great. Close to 76 and saw some birds out on the patio great place to see birds in the trees.

Had a couple issues the air wouldn't turn down and the TV in living room had a passcode lock on it that never got resolved so we couldn't watch TV together except for DVD I had to buy..

Post Christmas Retreat

The Condo is very nice, and we had everything we needed plus some things available in the condo we did not know about. FYI: We never found hair dryers so bring one just in case. I like my own anyway. Really all good with only a few needs that would not affect a second stay for us. my uncle said they need to refinish the dining tabletop. LOL it is kind of sticky or tacky to touch and appears dirty, but it is just the old finish. Someone mentioned in an earlier review that the floors were not clean. I think they are clean, but it is what they are cleaned with that could be the issue. I think it is a Swiffer wet mop, so the flours feel sticky with the cleaner. I am a good old fashion wet mop kind of gal. LOL It is the best for getting floors clean without a residue. None of this stopped us and the beds sure were comfortable. Just saying.... we would stay again.

Good Location

This was a girls trip. The location of the property was an excellent for shopping, entertainment and Christmas lights. It was clean, comfortable and a good place to relax after a day of shopping till we dropped.

Review of VRBO in Branson

The place was not new, but looked recently renovated and very nice. It was well equipped and comfortable. The community clubhouse was also nice and although we did not use the pool or hot tubs, they looked good too. We use the weight room and it was adequate.
