The lovely indoors of this home feature dark wood flooring and furnishings paired with bright and airy spaces. The openness of the floor plan allows for organic flow of space and conversation. No matter where you are, however, the views of the lake remain the focal point, keeping you rooted in the majesty of the Ozarks. A comfy sofa with ottoman is accompanied by an electric fireplace and large smart TV to provide an inviting space for a movie night. Steps away you will find a generous dining room table with enough seating for 8 whether used for mealtime or for heating up come competition via one of the many provided board games.



The substantial kitchen with shiny countertops, ample cabinet space, and all major appliances is a welcome sight for larger groups, offering enough room for multiple people to prepare a meal simultaneously. Whether you’re up for a home cooked meal or prefer to prepare takeout from a local restaurant, this kitchen can do it all. The choice is yours!



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes 1 king size bed and 2 twin size beds in bunk format, with TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and separate walk-in shower and jetted tub. The room also provides direct access onto the patio.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 25 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.

- THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

- This is a walkdown unit with 8 steps down to front door.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- Parking available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 assigned space and 1 unassigned.

And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
