Hermoso 4 dormitorios / 3. 5 baños. 4000+ pies cuadrados en tres niveles de vida.

La planta principal cuenta con sala de estar con una gran TV de pantalla plana y chimenea de gas, y está abierta a una cocina totalmente equipada. El dormitorio principal está en el nivel principal con suite. 2 dormitorios / 1 baño en la planta superior con gran sala de bonificación que se utiliza como sala de juegos para niños. El nivel inferior tiene 1 dormitorio / 1 baño adicional y una amplia sala de estar equipada con un sofá desplegable, televisión de pantalla grande, mesa de billar y tablero de dardos. Cubierta trasera cuenta con parrilla de gas, fumador de gas que puede usar. Casa duerme 10 cómodamente.

Este es un vecindario familiar. Sea respetuoso con nuestros vecinos y limite la cantidad de ruido que hace cuando está afuera, especialmente en las horas de la noche. No se permiten fiestas El estacionamiento está limitado a 4 autos. Todos los autos, excepto 1, deben estar en la entrada / garaje.

We loved our stay! The house is spacious, well appointed, and immaculate. Some friends and I stayed here for family weekend at Virginia Tech, and the house was just perfect. Close proximity to everything, and the house had everything we needed. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and were super responsive.

Wonderful Stay for VT Football

What an awesome stay for our family of VT graduates to see VT vs NC State. Despite the loss, the house was clean and spacious. Toys for the kiddos and great hangout areas. All around, great spot. We hope to rent again from Lauren in the future!

VT weekend

We are a family of 6 adults visiting my son at Virginia Tech and catching a football game. We all loved this house .It was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There’s a bedroom for everyone and the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need .It is a 10 minute drive to the campus. We will be back again.

Fall VT Family Football Weekend

Immaculate, well appointed home very convenient to Virginia Tech and the perfect accommodations for a football weekend and family of 5 adults. Host was lovely to work with and we couldn't have asked for an easier process. Every need was anticipated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the beauty of the landscape and fall colors of the season. I highly recommend this rental - a beautiful home!

Absolutely perfect!

Stayed here for a Hokie football weekend and it was perfect for our crew of 9 including 5 kids. Beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of space. Neighborhood playground just behind the house was great for the younger kids and you could watch them from the back deck. The house was super clean and had everything we could ask for. Very convenient to campus and downtown Blacksburg. We had no issues at all during our stay but if we did I felt the owner would’ve responded right away. I would definitely recommend this property. 5 stars all the way.

Beautiful home near VCOM/VT

This is a beautiful home close to the VT campus. We stayed here for a weekend to attend my son's medical school graduation on VT's campus. The house was immaculately maintained, well stocked and beautifully decorated. It easily accommodated 6 adults for the weekend with plenty of room to.spare. The location was conveniently located and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The hosts communicated efficiently and effectively before our arrival and responded very quickly to questions we had about the AC system on our first night. A covered front porch and back deck add additional usable space, though we didn't get a chance to use them much because it rained through most of the weekend. There is a beautiful playroom for children in the house and a playground just beyond the fenced -in back yard for those who have young children (though we didn't have any in our party that weekend). I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Blacksburg.

VT Game Weekend

I cannot say enough great things about this property and the host. The host was perfect and reached out to me numerous times to coordinate our stay. They even asked us about any personal requests and stocked the freezer with extra ice for us. The house is amazing and matched the online photos exactly; it was like staying at a model home. We absolutely loved the place and would stay there again.

Warm and welcoming home!

Our family stayed at this home for graduation weekend. We had a fabulous stay. House was roomy, clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Host was excellent in communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. She even decorated the dining table for our family graduation celebration! Thank you, Lauren!

Perfectly wonderful stay

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for graduation weekend and loved every minute of our stay. The home is immaculate, very spacious , and the location cannot be beat..a very easy drive to campus in just a few minutes. Lauren was accommodating, flexible and very helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this home. The pictures do not do it justice..it is even more spacious and beautiful in person!

Wonderful home!

We had the pleasure of staying here while visiting our son during Virginia Tech’s fall break. The house was immaculate. We had two families staying and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed using the pool table and having drinks out on the deck. It is close to campus (less than 10 minutes drive) and so much nicer than staying at a hotel. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay again. Was a wonderful experience overall.
