Oceanfront Paradise~A lovely newly owned condo spectacular ocean views

This lovely 2 bedroom condo is decorated with the ocean in mind. That's because you are directly on the beach with one of the most beautiful views you will ever experience. Private balcony with amazing panoramic views of the ocean directly in front and coastal views of lush green undeveloped conservation land to your right where you can watch surfers, drink your morning coffee, read a book, or enjoy a glass a wine. This vacation rental is your paradise away from home that allows you to enjoy the luxuries of a comfortable inviting home in a unique location at a reasonable price. Linens, towels, beach chairs, coolers, and beach toys are all included.

Luquillo is a seaside surfing village, a quaint town housing a variety of local flare pubs and restaurants...many of which you can walk to. A short distance away by car or foot is a supermarket and a variety of well known stores for your convenience such as Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, as well as fast food restaurants. Luquillo is home to many festivals and it supports the protection of two kinds of sea turtles that nest on Luquillo beaches. La Pared is located beside the condo complex and is known to be one of the best surfing areas in Puerto Rico. The nearby Kioskos include a number of great restaurants to choose from with ocean views. The El Jungue rainforest is a 10 minute drive away but can be seen from Luquillo.

Our condo is in a gated property with a 24 hour security person on site at all times. It has its own parking space as well. We are happy to accommodate special requests when able. Early check in and late check out free of charge when available. The property manager and cleaner also live close by and are available as needed.

***If you have high expectations of your total rental experience please note that our guests have been very pleased with our condo and their stay but understand that by choosing to vacation in Puerto Rico accommodations and such may not be perfect. :)

The property was very clean and had great views. There was a miscommunication about steps and parking and an event that occurred out of their control. They immediately tooks steps to rectify the situation without me having to ask. Property manager was in constant contact with me. Very nice unit with great customer service.

I had an absolutely amazing stay that far surpassed my expectations! The property was spotless, and the views were breathtaking. I was pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful extras—high-quality hair and body products, plenty of towels, and extra sheets—which made my stay even more comfortable. The AC kept the temperature perfect, and the water pressure in the shower was incredible—something not always easy to find in Puerto Rico!The location was ideal, so close to everything I wanted to explore, and communication with the host was top-tier—prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to come back.

Reaĺly great view from Condo, loved breakfast sitting on balcony, quiet(except for ocean waves, white-noise).Condo was very clean, a little smaller than 2 br. Condos up at Playa Azul, but as long as you dont have kids wanting to rum all around fine. Owner was courteous, very helpful. Only thing i think that can be improved is directions on arrival, inside Condo parking lot is not easy to describe driving up and down levels well. My suggestion is Owner could take a video, showing how to navigate it, and how to find condo after. As they say a picture(or video) is worth a thousand words. But security lady was quite helpful. Finding parking spot is only an issue the first time, after it no problem. GREAT PLACE to stay in Liquillo.

Great view and great location

The apartment is exactly what the photos show. Clean , comfortable bed and shower . View is amazing . Coffee at sunrise was lovely. I have been all over the island and this location is close enough to San Juan - Fajardo - Culebra - loved the family beaches ! Great town Luquillo- lively at night - this host was helpful and responsive - we will be back

Amazing stay

We just spent an amazing week in Puerto Rico. First time visitors and the stay and VRBO property could not have been better. The property manager was amazing with communication and very helpful with suggestions. The property was exactly as listed and wonderful in every way. Can't wait to return.

The views from the balcony and tranquility you get is amazing! The locatuon is great for walking the beach and locally owned restaurants! We enjoyed our stay very much and would come again. The owner took very good care of us!

Property was so well provisioned, everything we needed and more was there. Loved the space we had. Great beach access. So many choices of food within walking distance. Great access to the rainforest. We were able to relax and unwind in such comfort. So grateful.

Great Condo with Amazing Views!

Just had a Wonderful stay at condo. Everything from check in to the check out was perfect! The host contacted us throughout our stay to ensure everything was going great. Really nice! The condo had everything you needed which was nice. The view was Amazing and I walked the beach every morning. It’s so close to everything. The most beautiful neaches are just a short drive

Nice condo with an amazing view! Enjoyed this area of PR. The nearby restaurants were very good with friendly staff. Definitely would come back to this area again. Plenty activites to do and places to see.

Perfect spot for a family

We loved our stay here -- super easy with a young kiddo to pop back and forth between the ocean and the condo for snacks/showers/rest. The location is also quite close to El Yunque and Fajardo, so it was an easy location from which we explored other places (snorkeling and bio bay tours in Fajardo). There's a grocery store a few miles away so we were able to stock up and make meals in the condo. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach toys for our kiddo. I would return for sure! Lovely view of the ocean and an eco reserve full of trees by the beach. Really wonderful.

I couldn’t have chosen a better property to stay in PR for my first time. Waking up to this gorgeous view daily was a big plus. The property has everything that you need, from beach items to kitchenware. The property manager, Monica, was very communicative and flexible.

The location is great away from San Juan. The Condo is excellent , the people have everything there. The Building was built in late 70's could use a little work. Her condo is very nice highly recommend unit. Area has some night life but were there for beach which is great.

My husband Jamie and kids Will 10 and Molly 9 bought this condo after visiting Luquillo on vacation in 2016. We fell in love with Luquillo and Sandy Hills Condominiums and all the super friendly locals and visitors alike. We knew we had to make this our very own home away from home.

This is such an amazing place we can't wait to share it with you. We plan on using this condo as our home away from home which means it will be well kept and maintained. The view is unbelievable and you will not be disappointed by this condo. When you are on the balcony you feel like you are on the bridge of a ship but without getting seasick. Our condo is nicely decorated with a bright comfortable airy feeling making you feel like you are living on the ocean....because you are!!!! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
