Este encantador condominio de 2 habitaciones está decorado con el océano en mente. Eso es porque estás directamente en la playa con una de las vistas más hermosas que jamás experimentarás. Balcón privado con increíbles vistas panorámicas del océano directamente en frente y vistas costeras de una tierra de conservación verde sin desarrollar a su derecha, donde puede ver surfistas, tomar su café de la mañana, leer un libro o disfrutar de una copa de un vino. Este alquiler de vacaciones es su paraíso lejos de casa que le permite disfrutar de los lujos de un hogar acogedor y acogedor en una ubicación única a un precio razonable. Ropa de cama, toallas, sillas de playa, refrigeradores y juguetes de playa están incluidos.

Luquillo es un pueblo costero de surf, una pintoresca ciudad que alberga una gran variedad de bares y restaurantes locales ... muchos de los cuales puedes caminar. A poca distancia en coche o a pie se encuentra un supermercado y una variedad de tiendas conocidas para su comodidad, como Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, así como restaurantes de comida rápida. Luquillo es el hogar de muchos festivales y apoya la protección de dos tipos de tortugas marinas que anidan en las playas de Luquillo. La Pared se encuentra junto al complejo de condominios y es conocida por ser una de las mejores áreas de surf en Puerto Rico. Los Kioskos cercanos incluyen varios restaurantes excelentes para elegir con vista al mar. La selva tropical de El Jungue está a 10 minutos en coche, pero se puede ver desde Luquillo.

Nuestro condominio se encuentra en una propiedad cerrada con una persona de seguridad las 24 horas en el lugar en todo momento. Tiene su propio espacio de estacionamiento también. Nos complace atender solicitudes especiales cuando sea posible. Registro temprano y salida tardía sin cargo cuando esté disponible. El administrador de la propiedad y el limpiador también viven cerca y están disponibles según sea necesario.

*** Tenga en cuenta que la piscina aún está en reparación después de los huracanes. Proyectan que podría arreglarse para el verano de 2019, pero realmente no hay garantía. Si tiene grandes expectativas de su experiencia total de alquiler, tenga en cuenta que nuestros huéspedes han quedado muy satisfechos con nuestro condominio y su estadía, pero entienden que al elegir vacacionar en Puerto Rico, el alojamiento puede no ser perfecto. :)

Reaĺly great view from Condo, loved breakfast sitting on balcony, quiet(except for ocean waves, white-noise).Condo was very clean, a little smaller than 2 br. Condos up at Playa Azul, but as long as you dont have kids wanting to rum all around fine. Owner was courteous, very helpful. Only thing i think that can be improved is directions on arrival, inside Condo parking lot is not easy to describe driving up and down levels well. My suggestion is Owner could take a video, showing how to navigate it, and how to find condo after. As they say a picture(or video) is worth a thousand words. But security lady was quite helpful. Finding parking spot is only an issue the first time, after it no problem. GREAT PLACE to stay in Liquillo.

The property was very clean and had great views. There was a miscommunication about steps and parking and an event that occurred out of their control. They immediately tooks steps to rectify the situation without me having to ask. Property manager was in constant contact with me. Very nice unit with great customer service.

I had an absolutely amazing stay that far surpassed my expectations! The property was spotless, and the views were breathtaking. I was pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful extras—high-quality hair and body products, plenty of towels, and extra sheets—which made my stay even more comfortable. The AC kept the temperature perfect, and the water pressure in the shower was incredible—something not always easy to find in Puerto Rico!The location was ideal, so close to everything I wanted to explore, and communication with the host was top-tier—prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to come back.

This is in the Sandy Hills complex. It is a great location in Luquillo; right on the beach and less than a five minute walk into town where there are bars, restaurants, etc...However, there is no pool at this time. It's closed indefinitely due to falling debris. You have to walk through the entire garage to get to your car, and there's no central air. The beach in front isn't recommended for swimming. You can walk about 15 minutes to a green flag where you can swim, but keep in mind, those beaches aren't maintained for weeds, etc... That being said, there is a beautiful, maintained beach (Laquillo) about a five minute drive away, which is very easy to get to. Right turn out of the gate, and you're there in five minutes. There is easy parking at the Monserrate Balneario parking lot. The condo itself is in good shape and very well stocked (beach chairs, towels, toys) and has some updates, but the building itself is undergoing repairs.

Great view and great location

The apartment is exactly what the photos show. Clean , comfortable bed and shower . View is amazing . Coffee at sunrise was lovely. I have been all over the island and this location is close enough to San Juan - Fajardo - Culebra - loved the family beaches ! Great town Luquillo- lively at night - this host was helpful and responsive - we will be back

Caribbean nights in the Barrio

The unit was great, very clean, well stocked the host was very responsive. We had a minor issue with the AC and the host addressed it after 1 text. Absolutely fantastic experience in the unit. Outside was a different story. The neighborhood is older and showing severe neglect. The property sits right on the beach which is adorned with graffiti and a little clubhouse built of trash complete with a sign that read, “this beach is for locals only”. The beach access is restricted by the facility from 6A - 6P. The elevator was new and hit or miss if it was going to work. The first night there we had to walk to the 11th floor carrying the luggage. I want to emphasize the unit itself was beautiful and perfect for a week getaway with my wife, but I wouldn’t walk around the block at night without your g*n. Again the parts of the area that were of issue had absolutely nothing to do with anything the property owner could control.

Arrival

Arrival to property was a bit challenging to get through the gate. We did not have a car we used Uber so all the instructions on getting to the lock box for the keys was only from having a cars perspective. During the confusion, I tried calling our host, no answer, but did get a text response after we got into the condo, after getting assistance from a really nice lady ( I believe she was a owner in the building) and the front gate security, we found the lock box. I will say getting to it on foot is a little scary due to the garage being extremely dark and the parking space is on the lowest level of the garage. Also, the alarms asking to evacuate went off three times in the middle of the night two separate days of our stay. We of course evacuated to be the only people outside at 2am and to also have to walk up 11 flights of stairs because we were unsure of what was going on and listening to the alarms say DO NOT USE ELEVATORS! Elevators were a little shaky and only one was working and elevators getting to the garage haven't worked in quite sometime from what the nice lady was telling me. BUT minus those things, the view makes it all worth it. We had everything we needed. Entering/leaving the condo/building was a breeze. The beach was a staircase away. The condo itself was absolutely perfect. Exactly what was pictured. Definitely enjoyed our 4 days in paradise. The view was absolutely AMAZING!

Amazing stay

We just spent an amazing week in Puerto Rico. First time visitors and the stay and VRBO property could not have been better. The property manager was amazing with communication and very helpful with suggestions. The property was exactly as listed and wonderful in every way. Can't wait to return.

Luquillo Adventure

The views from the balcony and tranquility you get is amazing! The locatuon is great for walking the beach and locally owned restaurants! We enjoyed our stay very much and would come again. The owner took very good care of us!

Perfect spot for a family

We loved our stay here -- super easy with a young kiddo to pop back and forth between the ocean and the condo for snacks/showers/rest. The location is also quite close to El Yunque and Fajardo, so it was an easy location from which we explored other places (snorkeling and bio bay tours in Fajardo). There's a grocery store a few miles away so we were able to stock up and make meals in the condo. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach toys for our kiddo. I would return for sure! Lovely view of the ocean and an eco reserve full of trees by the beach. Really wonderful.

Rough start, but great after waiting 2.5 hours for access.

Owner and Property manager had to scramble for our arrival. Had the wrong month. But owner gave us credit for one night, which we were grateful for. Property was lovely, clean and easy walk to town square. Beach access was easy. We like the security guard and secure parking. Perhaps one more floor fan to move the air from the bedrooms to the un-airconditioned living area. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Monica is very sweet and kind.

My husband Jamie and kids Will 10 and Molly 9 bought this condo after visiting Luquillo on vacation in 2016. We fell in love with Luquillo and Sandy Hills Condominiums and all the super friendly locals and visitors alike. We knew we had to make this our very own home away from home.

This is such an amazing place we can't wait to share it with you. We plan on using this condo as our home away from home which means it will be well kept and maintained. The view is unbelievable and you will not be disappointed by this condo. When you are on the balcony you feel like you are on the bridge of a ship but without getting seasick. Our condo is nicely decorated with a bright comfortable airy feeling making you feel like you are living on the ocean....because you are!!!! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
