The Cocoa Residence is the historic and beautifully restored former home of the Ghirardelli Chocolate Factory. Ghirardelli Square is home to shops and restaurants and just steps from Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. Close by are North Beach, the Embarcadero and the Ferry Building featuring its Farmer's Market plus more shops and restaurants. And just a house car ride away is shopping at Union Square or dining at your choice of one of the many great restaurants the city has to offer.

Note: The pictures are a collage of all the units. All units are similar but only the 2 bedrooms have tubs. The 1 bedrooms face the bay and Ghirardelli Square. The hotel decides which unit you are assigned. Housekeeping will provide you with extra towels etc if requested. Daily maid service is not included but is available for an additional fee.
