Spacious Family Home Featuring a Private Garden in North Seattle

Relax and enjoy this cute and cozy home. With 4 beds we comfortably can sleep a family to enjoy the spacious home and yard.

Our Unit B - Has One bedroom with a king bed and a small sofa, and another with a full bed in one side of the unit there is also has 1.5 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a cozy living/dining nook with a table and chairs. Additionally, there is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. A smart TV is also available in the large bedroom.

Our Unit A - Has one bedroom with a queen bed. Living/dining area has one sofa bed, one couch and a single bed, dining table, smart TV for use with your apps, and electric fireplace. One Full bath. Mini kitchen: sink, stove, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, dishes. Washer/dryer as one unit. Nice covered outdoor space, large patio table, and chairs in a lockable patio.

All above are exclusively yours. There is a backyard/garden that you are welcome to use.

We include FREE Wifi, laundry detergent, iron & board, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, towels and linens.
If you need any children's essentials please let us know, we can work to provide these for you.

Parking for 2 vehicles.

Available by the app or can call For reservations longer than two weeks, we provide approximately two weeks' worth of supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. If your stay exceeds two weeks, you will need to purchase additional supplies yourself. For monthly stays, we charge for actual utility usage and request a deposit of $250.

I wish I could leave a better review, but it's not possible this time.We did NOT get the full house that we booked and paid for. Instead, when we arrived, half the house was locked off and we had 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a kitchen and NO living room or dining area. There was a club chair in a corner of the kitchen with a small tv on the wall that I assume was supposed to be the living room. There was no dining area at all.It took 2 full hours for the host to finally agree to give us a new home for our booking. Her excuse was that since we were only 2 adults, we should have been fine with staying in that 2 bedroom half house with no living room even though we paid for the full house well in advance! She explained that she couldn't open up the whole house to us because she had rented out the other half of the house to someone else!The new home was in an upscale neighborhood, but the experience in that house wasn't any better. Black mold in the bathrooms, a filthy kitchen, dirty rugs and rock hard mattresses made for a miserable stay.
