Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.



For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:



1-7 Nights: additional $25/night

8-29 Nights: additional $200

30+ Nights: additional $300



We do not have a weight limit, however, there are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid



There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.



We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.

I had an excellent stay at this property. I travel 2 weeks out of the month and typically stay in hotels. This was a breath of fresh air to be able to shop at Trader Joes and walk to local restaurants. The owners were super responsive. I was able to get great rest and feel invigorated at work.

Nice Stay in North Scottsdale

Perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops. Property is really nice. We stayed with our family dog and had a lot of areas to walk him. Property Manager was super responsive to my questions. Our only complaint was there's only one key fob. could have used another.

Great place but...

The unit is new, clean, and in a great location. Great pool, gym, gathering areas, and walking distance to Kierland/ Quarter.We noticed that the pass was missing when we grabbed our key fob and parking pass from the lock box. It was not a huge deal, but I had to deal with unsecured parking and elevator use. I texted and called immediately about the parking pass but didn't hear back from them.The major issue is that there is only 1 key fob. I cannot imagine the logistical nightmare of having more than 2 people use this unit. It was just my wife and son, and it was very inconvenient.In addition, I received emails daily stating that my stay had not been verified (which it was) or that I should read the property's rules. This was excessive.There are many positives, but be aware of the single key fob, which may be a deal-breaker for larger groups.
