Everything overall was really great. Would suggest maybe some additional throw blankets and also some full size cookie / baking sheets. We had a full house and did a lot of cooking. In general had most everything we needed.

Beautiful home and amazing location. A few things need to be fixed/updated but the management team/tech was on it. One million percent will return to this beauty for a vacation. Love Watersound and will be looking here ever family trip. Hope to come back next month and this will be our first choice.

BEST RENTAL HOME AND COMPANY
We have rented homes all over 30A for 2 decades and this home was hands down our favorite!! The location (across from the pool and beach access) were PERFECT. Watersound is so much quieter than some of the other neighborhoods. Our children were able to bike around without fear of being run over by fast cars or golf carts. The home was stunning and had everything we could have asked for! We enjoyed wine on the top lookout and coffee on the multiple porches. Misty, with Embark850, was the most responsive and helpful person we have ever worked with! Thank you for sharing your home and your little slice of heave with us!!

Great location, but several issues with house
Our family rented this large home and shared it with my sister and her family. The location is fantastic and the children enjoyed being close to the neighborhood pool and the beach. The neighborhood also has other wonderful amenities such as a putting green park and playground. The bike rentals and golf cart were also greatly enjoyed. The majority of our issues were with the management company and the maintenance of the house itself. There were cockroaches sighted daily in multiple areas (including inside the refrigerator), doors that would not close (on second level) or lock (on the ground level) and a broken A/C unit (that was repaired after two visits from technicians). The exterior of the pool was also in need of maintenance/repair and had loose boards falling off. Our family travels often and we have communicated with many management companies and home owners. While someone (multiple people) from the Echelon team would respond to my messages, their solutions were not always the most professional or timely. We ended up having some kind of repairman or technician in the home every single day of our stay. The main contact from the Echelon management team came off as annoyed and insincere. We will avoid properties managed by this company in the future.
