Nous avons une maison dans une belle communauté remplie de commodités, Emerald Lakes, à Long Pond, en Pennsylvanie.

La maison est situĂ©e dans un cul-de-sac privĂ© sur un lac. Vous avez votre propre accĂšs privĂ© Ă  cela. Il n’ya pas de sauveteur en service, vous nagez donc Ă  vos risques et pĂ©rils;) RĂšgle de pĂȘche: attrape et remise Ă  l'eau. Il a une jolie cour avec une belle vue sur le lac. Il y a des balançoires et un toboggan dans la cour pour que les enfants puissent s’amuser;)

La maison offre 6 chambres Ă  coucher et 2 salles de bain complĂštes (les draps sont fournis. Les serviettes de bain et les serviettes de plage ne sont PAS fournies). 4 chambres sont situĂ©es Ă  l'Ă©tage et deux au rez-de-chaussĂ©e (demi sous-sol) avec un salon / salle de jeux Ă  aire ouverte. Les deux salles de bains Ă  l’étage offrent un ensemble douche / baignoire.

La maison est entiÚrement équipée. Il est fourni avec toute la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires. Il a un micro-ondes, four grille-pain, cafetiÚre, lecteur DVD, télévision Roku, Internet, télévision, lit et chaise haute. (il y a aussi un berceau portable dans la maison)

La maison est parfaite pour 5 familles avec enfants ou un groupe de bons amis.

Il est situé dans une communauté privée des Emerald Lakes, qui offre de nombreux équipements, dont deux piscines (une chauffée en intérieur et une en plein air), des courts de tennis, des terrains de basket-ball, un club-house avec bar / restaurant ,.
Emerald Lakes facture aux clients 5 $ / jour / personne (plus de 6 ans) pour l'utilisation de leurs Ă©quipements ou 15 $ / semaine / personne (plus de 6 ans)

La région offre de nombreuses attractions proches de la communauté: centre commercial Crossings Outlets, ski Camelback, snowtubing Camelback, parc aquatique Kalahari (à seulement 10 min !!!) Nice Place for a Weekend Getaway

We had a very nice weekend at this location. It is spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. The house is a little worn, but it is clean and all of the appliances worked well. Two very minor complaints: (1) the shower had some difficulty maintaining a steady temperature; and (2) it is a little annoying that we had to drive the garbage to the community disposal location (6 minutes each way). Overall, we highly recommend this rental, and we will definitely consider this location on our next Poconos trip.

Perfect house for a group!

We had such a wonderful time at this house, it was so clean when we got there which is super important to me. The owner was such a pleasure to work with too, so nice!!! He made it so easy. The house is right on the lake, great for fishing and it's only a 5 min drive down to the pool. I would highly recommend renting this house for a great vacation!

Great property for a large group

We got back from a three night stay on Sunday and everyone in our group had a great time. We had all age ranges and there was something for everyone to do. The lake with the boats kept the kids happy all day long. There are many attractions within 15 to 20 minutes. The house was very clean and there are lots of beds! Sitting around the fire pit at night was great. Would definitely recommend this property.

Nice Place - Great location

We had our whole family for Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful time. House was great and our 6 young grandchildren had a ball in the play room and in the backyard on the play gym. Stores are nearby if you need anything. Owner was great and very accommodating. House could use a second TV.

Annual Girl's Weekend

We had a terrific weekend with ten women. The sleeping situation was great. We all had our own bed. We cooked and had a fab dinner at the big table in the kitchen. The house is about 30 minutes from Jim Thorpe where we spent the day on Sunday. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a fun weekend with great friends.

Excellent place for a big group with little kids!

This waterfront property was an excellent choice for the group of 10 adults and 8 kids all under 8 years old. There are a lot of things to do with the kids on the property and around. Our husbands and kids went fishing somewhere not far from the house and caught a lot of trout. So we had an excellent fishing soup, grilled and fried fresh fish:) The house is stock up with everything you need. The host was excellent and very easy to communicate with. We are happy we found this property and hope to stay there in future. Thank you.
