Guest Access:

● Early check-in and late-check out may be accommodated with a fee ($50 each). Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated.

● Late check out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of up to $500

Getting Around:

● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.

● We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.



Other Things to Note:

● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation.

● This property can host a maximum of 10 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.



DOG FEE:

● $50 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed.



REGISTRATION:

● Guests shall complete registration with Arrowhead Lake Community, which includes charges covering entry and amenity use, including administrative and access fees based on group size, number of vehicles, season, and guest age. Wander Home will facilitate this registration process, and payment will be requested through the booking platform.

● Vehicles – Entry gate access (QR code) will be sent via email

● Amenities – Amenity passes will be sent via email



Fees include:

● $20 transaction charge per group - This is included in the booking total

● $20 gate card applies per vehicle

● Temporary Membership (for guests age 6 and older):

- $8.50 per person, per day during peak season (May 23 – Sept 1, 2025), or $42.50 per person, per week.

- $2.00 per person, per day during off-season (Apr 1, 2025 – May 22, 2025 & Sept 2, 2025 onward).

● Registration and/or bookings finalized within 3 days of arrival will include a $100 community processing charge, in accordance with community policy.



● The Administration/Transaction Fee is non-refundable regardless of a cancelled rental registration. Temporary Membership fees and Vehicle Gate Card fees are only refundable if the request to cancel the rental registration with ALCA is received not less than three (3) days prior to arrival. These fees are charged separately as the platform do not have a way to calculate the fees based on the number of guests that are 6 years and older or the number of vehicles.

● Access to the Arrowhead Lake community amenities (such as the pool, lake, beach, etc.) is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control. We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay.

● Please note, these fees are not set by us as hosts. They are established by the Arrowhead Lake community and apply to all guests. These charges help cover the costs of operating and maintaining the many great amenities and facilities available during your stay.



● Wander Home welcomes guests with fully verified profiles. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID.

● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.

● A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations. Most channels add this upfront. Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed.

● We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Family Dollar, Ahart's Market, CVS, Wawa, and Pinewood Deli

● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.

● When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the local jurisdictions without prior notice.

● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.

Interaction with Guests:

● We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

● Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
