Our stay was wonderful and we are looking forward to our next family vacation in 2028. We will need this house again or maybe one of your 15 bedrooms houses. Everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom, the pool, the game rooms and how spacious the house is. We truly had a great time. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!!

Perfect Home for a family reunion!

This house had wonderful amenities that our whole family enjoyed. We especially loved the pool and indoor basketball court. Overall the perfect setting for a family reunion!

As advertised. Our 6th house in similar categories. I liked this one the best....Has everything you could need. Quiet end of the street. Rented golf carts for ease of access. South facing pool, which is necessary in February. Plenty of parking.Enjoy!

Perfect family reunion venue. True to the photos on-line. The downstairs common areas are expansive for large groups to gather, cook, dine, eat, and even have a disco party in the gym. Pool and outdoor activities better than photos even articulate. The golf course view fab, and liked that there was an empty lot next door so no house bumping up on your outdoor entertainment area. Kitchen oversized, and provides basics for cooking, but a little challenging with bowls/serving wear for large groups. Plenty of dishware and wine glasses however. West facing has beautiful sunset, but common areas really heat up late in the day because no shades or window tinting on oversized dining windows. Lots of stairs, so not a great "accessible house" however two of the bedrooms were on the first walk in level. Overall, a beautiful place, and our family of 20 adults and 6 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Magical Vacation Homes was responsive to any requests we had. There is a QR code in entry which provides more house info (which we missed, so it took us a while to fumble around to figure out pool lights, sonos, theatre etc.) But they helped us and sent repair techs as needed.We rated it 4.5 starts, but only because of a few issues that have been addressed with management. Otherwise 5 stars.

Beautiful Home-Minor Complaints

Overall the home was beautiful and Magical Vacations, the management staff, were accommodating. My complaints are primarily about the cleanliness of the pool. I had requested it be cleaned, as there was visible dirt on the bottom of the pool and even a beer can in the skimmer. I was told it would be cleaned by staff with Magical Vacations, but that did not happen during our stay. Additionally, there was no hot water on the 3rd floor until the 4th day of our stay and repeat calls were necessary to Magical Vacations to have this issue resolved. Overall, the home was beautiful and well stocked with plenty of amenities. I would recommend this home and the Magical Vacation staff to others for their rentals in Central Florida.

Family Vacation Getaway

The house was Simply Amazing. The pictures do not do justice at all. It was 25 of us staying in the house and it was more than enough room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and more to cook for a large group. Laundry area on every floor. Outside pool area/back yard was magnificent. Be prepared to climb a lot of steps. Movie room was very comfortable, roomy and it was enough chair to hold over 25 people. Indoor Basketball court was a hit. We did have to call maintenance, but they took care the issue right away. We didn't realize until time to get in the jacuzzi that it was attached to the pool and the water was very cold even in June. So keep that in mind but we had access to other amenities on the resort and some of those pools were heated. Also they have a shuttle which was a plus that would take you to those areas if needed. Big negative for me was 5 days later I get a charge on my card for Guest Property Damage. My problem is that I was charged an Accidental Fee that was nonrefundable when reserving the home, and I wasn't able to use this fee to cover the charges because we did not let the resort know that someone use a towel to clean makeup off their face before we left. My question to them was how I was supposed to know this these were personal towels peopled used. We were charged for small and large stain on towels and sheets. Please Be Aware...yes it was on the contract, but I missed that part or skipped over it. So Read Over The Contract ...

Great house but they will nickel and dime you...

I had a situation where, while traveling with 4 seniors in their 70's, we were forced to get an earlier flight than we originally intended...One of the seniors is partially handicapped and when we arrived at the house a couple of hours early (as a result of the earlier flight), in order to have the compromise senior a place to sit, they charged me over $500 to open the door...I was in a bad spot and was more or less forced to pay them or have a medical situation on my hands....In addition, I had been told that there would be an extra charge for electricity for the pool heater...I thought that because of the high temperatures, I would not need it just for my 2 year old granddaughter and 9 year old grandson....When I realized that the water was too cold for them, I asked about the pool heater for the final day, so the grandchildren would be comfortable in the pool....I was told that if I wanted the pool heater for the final day of our stay, I would have to pay for every day of our stay (4 days)....In other words, it would cost me over another $500 just to have the pool available for the grandkids for that one day....They chose not to go in the pool.....You can play tennis...they charge you for it....The cost for this beautiful house should cover a comfortable day or 2 in the pool!!!That being said, the house has just about everything you could need for a large gathering...Just be prepared to pay for some of it...
