Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn off all lights, fans, air conditioning units, hallway heater and space heaters.
Put trash in a tied, kitchen bag; glass, plastic, tin recyclables go in blue bin on 91ST street, regular trash in black bin on street. Overflow in patio bins by BBQ
Manually lock back porch door from inside of house. Put house key back on hook in hall. Retrieve key from lockbox. Lock all 3 locks on front door. Put key back in lockbox, close it & Scramble code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Base rate includes up to 6 guests (anyone over age 2). Guests 7 and 8 (over age 2) are $10/night each.
Please remove shoes at all times when entering the house from the front or back door. We do not allow street shoes inside.
Turn off all lights, fans, window AC units and especially heaters when exiting the house. This can be a fire hazard.

We stayed here for a Chargers game at SoFi. The location was 2 miles from the stadium. The beds are nice and the water pressure in the shower is great. We would stay here again.

Very nice house with plenty of room. Had no troubles at all with the neighborhood, easy to get to, and close to airport and Sofi stadium. Host extremely accommodating and helpful through the whole stay. Would recommend staying here again.

Absolutely one of the best places I’ve ever rented. Very clean, beautifully decorated, amazing art hanging in the walls. It has hair dryer, coffee station, multiple bathrooms/showers. Beds are very comfortable. Close to everything. Safe. Not far from Disney, SOFI, Hollywood, etc. I loved my stay here. We had a wedding at Rio Hondo golf club so this house was perfect. The host, Stephanie, couldn’t have been nicer. She was available and enthusiastic to answer any questions. I hope to stay here again in the future!! A Recommended!!

What a unique and charming find! This was the cutest little house I have ever stayed at. The backyard was gorgeous, perfect to watch the planes landing in. The front porch provided the same relaxing environment. Easy parking!The host was exponentially responsive to EVERYTHING we needed or had questions about, including recommendations. Her info sheet is incredibly detailed. Such a well stocked home. If you need it or forgot it, the host most likely has it provided. Also, there wasn’t a huge checkout list! It was just a few checklist items and that was all. It made packing day very easy and less stressed. Close to so many event centers and downtown LA. Tons of food delivery options and Target delivery is nearby. We will definitely be coming back if we are back in this area. Thank you for the memories and wonderful home!

The house and yard were very clean and well-kept. The furniture was comfortable (except the beds, which were very firm and the master bed uneven), and there was plenty of room to spread out. The decorations were cute, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Aside from the uncomfortable beds, our biggest disappointment was the inadequate air conditioning. We were visiting over an unusually hot spring break (90s) and the small units in the bedrooms were barely strong enough to cool the areas, especially since the host required us to turn them off every time we left the house. It was difficult to sleep in rooms that didn't cool off until several hours after the sun went down. There were no air conditioning units in the other rooms of the house, which, unfortunately, made it difficult to spend time in those rooms. We spent much of our time on the patio to get the breeze. Beautiful backyard by the way!The neighborhood itself was lovely, but the surrounding areas outside that were a bit sketchy. I do not advise trying to eat at any location nearby - we had a couple of "interesting" encounters. The Ralph's grocery store was good, though!

stay was great and location was amazing - the road that the house is in is extremely wide. great distance to all parts of LA, if you have a car. was hoping the fireplace worked but it is currently being fixed. backyard was a great amenity for grilling and hanging out. the washer/dryer seems a bit outdated and didn't wash our laundry loads too well (had to run the cycle twice). otherwise, an amazing stay and definitely recommend.
