Peachy Retreat on the Beltline near all ATL hotspots

THIS REVIEW IS A SCAM. This review is misleading and misrepresents my property. • The guest’s concerns were unreasonable, including an issue with the exterior paint color, which is clearly shown as dark green in the professional photos. She somehow expected it to be white. • My listing is 100% accurate with high-quality, professional photos. I have consistent 5-star reviews from all previous guests. • The property is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, close to popular areas like the Beltline, downtown, and midtown. • The guest mentioned nearby construction, but it is located 10 minutes away. It’s neither visible nor audible from the house; she simply drove by it on her way here, which is beyond my control. • I responded promptly to all her complaints, but certain requests, like changing the exterior color, were unrealistic. • Unfortunately, this guest was rude, uncooperative, and difficult to communicate with. I would not recommend hosting her in the future. She left the house in a complete mess and damaged several parts of my property. My property is a brand new luxuriously furnished property.
