Parking: Street parking for one car is available with a parking pass. Additional cars can use nearby paid street parking from 8 AM to 6 PM. After 6 PM, parking is free. Free street parking is also available on Salado Street over the weekend, so guests arriving Thursday afternoon through Saturday morning may find convenient free options there.

Please Note: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both guests and host, we kindly ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit is required which will be released 7 days after checkout if no damages reported.

Great location and space has lot of character and charm. We were in town for Thanksgiving holiday and A&M vs. UT game 2025. The location was very close to campus and walkable to the game and tailgate prior.

Charming Victorian condo on the 2nd floor (stairs). Large spaces and king beds were the highlights. Located near campus. Communication with property management was timely and professional. Things to consider would be parking, as it is street parking.
