We have been so honored to host wonderful families, alumni groups, celebrities, authors, artists, football legends and a world-renowned National Geographic photographer. Our home has a special charm about it and it is extremely comfortable.

Location: just a few miles to Thomasville Road, Bannerman Crossing Shopping Center, Publix Grocery, Great Dining and Nightlife. Everything you could need is within a few miles. FSU campus is about 20 mins away via I-10.

Five Bedrooms: 3 Queen Beds, 2 Full-Size Beds & 1 Twin Trundle Bed, 1 Full+ Futon & 1 Baby Crib.

Large, Private Screened Porch off of the Master BR and adjacent to the pool. This outside room is furnished with 2 goose down filled, comfy sofas and cozy chairs. This is the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading, naps and evening cocktails.
Master Suite has gorgeous views of the pool with easy access, Australian hardwood floors, extremely comfortable and luxurious bedding, a private bathroom with a large authentic slate appointed walk-in shower with two shower heads & a separate jetted tub. The master bath is designed for privacy and comfort.
Large Flat Screen TV in Master.
The Master Suite is absolutely wonderful and provides serene views of the grounds.

Three of the five Bedrooms are designed to serve as private suites.

2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed & Bathroom w/tub. (private suite)

3rd Large Bedroom Suite - Upstairs (private suite) with one full-size bed and one full + size futon sofa.\bed. Large private bathroom with shower-bathtub combination. Hardwood floors throughout.

4th Bedroom - Full-size Captain's Bed with a lower twin Trundle that slides out. French doors leading from this bedroom to the pool and private access to the large old Florida beach Style - outside shower or guests can shower inside in the full bathroom located 3 steps away & adjacent the bedroom - Inside Full bathroom with walk-in shower.

5th Bedroom - Queen size bed and bathroom which is centrally located with access to two bathrooms. Optional as a private suite with full bathroom. Plush linens, comfortable luxury bedding, powder gray carpet in this 5th bedroom.

All bed linens, blankets, and towels are provided.

Laundry room includes the butler's pantry and 2nd refrigerator/freezer.

Rare Australian Cypress hardwood floors throughout our home with beautiful slate floors located in the bar, two bathrooms, and one bedroom.

The Bar Area has beautiful slate stone flooring. Located directly off of the kitchen and opens directly to the pool area. Large wine cooler and bar sink. The bar area flows exceptionally well when entertaining guests. Buffet table and plenty of room.

There are French doors, tall windows, and transoms throughout the entire back of the home. The french doors have vintage bronze hardware and old fashioned screen doors which open to the pool areas and additional porches.

Living Room:
Extremely spacious living room with plenty of seating.
Large flat screen TV in Living Room.
Fireplace in the main living room (Electric Start / Gas)

Dining Room / Seating for meals:
Formal Dining Room seats six. Additional seating adjacent to the formal dining room. In total, seated dining with all tables & chairs both inside & outside accommodates 20 guests.

Kitchen:
Large open kitchen with authentic white marble counter tops, large center island, 2 sinks, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, ice maker and disposal.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, china, flatware, glasses and more. Also, coffee pot & coffee provided. drink cozies for the pool area and extra paper plates, plastic flatware, plastic cups, etc are stocked in the butler's pantry for outside dining.

Laundry Room: fully stocked with detergent, spot remover, iron, etc.
Butlers Pantry: full size 2nd refrigerator/freezer for sodas, water, etc. For your convenience the laundry room is fully stocked. Guest may provide their own laundry detergent if a special brand is required due to sensitivity or allergies or if you wish, let us know the particular brand and we will have it here for you when you arrive.

Swimming Pool:
Beautiful Swimming Pool with a subtle and lovely water feature/planter box. Ledges and corner seating built inside the pool for seated lounging in the pool.
Chaise Lounge Chairs with cushions for sunning.
There is plenty of exceptionally comfortable outdoor seating.

Outdoor Fire Pit (gas) surrounded by a wrap sofa with cushions.

Grill: Located Pool Side

Bonus: You will love the large enclosed outside shower.
Gorgeous, Soft, Turkish towels provided.

Should you decide to add an additional night or two, once you are here, just let us know. We can be flexible and many times guests decide to extend by a day or so. It is fine as long as we don't have a conflicting incoming reservation.

Large Live Oak Trees, Tall Pines, Blue Flowers, Fern Beds, Fruit Trees, Jasmine, and Roses add to the beauty of the property.

Multiple herds of deer can be seen grazing on the property or just passing through. This is a wonderful daily occurrence. We see a lot of new fawns every spring and they are so sweet.

Privacy Is A Major Bonus: The home is situated on a large lot with plenty of parking for guests.

This is a fantastic neighborhood! If you are a runner or enjoy a nice walk then you will love this neighborhood.

All of the items in the refrigerator and pantry are there for you to use. Items like salad dressing, spices and anything else. It is all there for you.

Publix Grocery - conveniently located about 3 minutes away. They will also deliver within 2 hours of placing your order online.

Publix, Fresh Market, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Super Target and Walmart are the Northside Grocery stores. Publix is closest. Fresh Market, Trader Joes, and Whole Foods are fantastic grocery stores too so it's really up to you.

Restaurants: The best steaks in the city are downtown at Shula's, Cypress and The Edison or very nearby Blue Halo and Mom & Dad's Italian Restaurant - We highly recommend you make a reservation ASAP if you guys are planning to go out to eat on football weekends. It is crazy busy and the best restaurants get booked up early.
