We have ran a welding shop in Greenville for 13 years in Greenville. We have had customers from the Greenville University tell us that there are very few options for STR's in our area. So we got an opportunity with the Beaumont house and ran with it!! I love that we will be meeting people from all over!! We just started our STR this year 2024! So excited for this new venture in our lives.

What makes this property unique
I love that this duplex home has an adjoing door inside for guest that book both sides can opt for it to be locked or not. It stays locked any other time. This suite has a screened in porch to have your coffee in the mornings.
