Close to the UW-Hospital complex and walking distance to cafes and restaurants on University Ave and Regent Street. Updated and refurnished recently, including a brand new laundry center and all furnishings. Great wifi and streaming TV. 30-day rental minimum.

Beautiful, spacious and fully-furnished interior with central air and outdoor patio space. Two dedicated garage parking spots for you and your guests! Walking distance to local cafes and restaurants, bistros and bars... see pics to ones within walking distance.

Close to the fabulous city commuter path for walking, running and biking (see pic).

Two very large bedrooms with queen beds and tons of dressers & closet space. One full and one half bathroom, brand new laundry center.

High speed internet. Streaming TV with Xumo. Yoga mat with roller to get stretched and stay fit.

Outdoor Patio. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware for full meals. Food coop is a walk-away, and the 7-Eleven across the street has all the basics you need: eggs, milk, frozen pizza, etc.

We picked Will’s condo because of its proximity to the University of Wisconsin hospital. It’s so convenient to the hospital but also to nearby dining and shopping establishments. Everything we needed was located right off University Avenue, yet our place was a hidden gem tucked into the neighborhood. The underground parking is an added bonus, especially with fall/winter approaching. Our parking spot was next to the garage exit which was right around the corner from our front entrance. So convenient. We never had any issue getting mail and deliveries to our front step. The city of Madison is so easy to navigate. Within a few days we knew which roads took us to every part of town. We frequented the downtown often because it’s so close. I highly encourage everyone to check out the free Henry Vilas Zoo and a stroll down by the Memorial Union terrace for a beautiful lunch overlooking the water. They also have bands/DJs in the afternoon/evenings do you can watch the sunset. There are so many “to go” dining options to choose from at the Union. Definitely try the pizza and ice cream! The best thing about renting this place was the owner Will! Every question I had was answered in a timely manner. We were at the hospital due medical reasons. He recognized that this was a stressful situation and tried to accommodate our every need! I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with him! You can tell he truly cares about his tenants! We would definitely rent this place again!

I am originally from Wisconsin and graduated Madison '92. Been renovating and updating furnishings since I purchased this condo recently. Location is prime, convenient and just outside the main campus area. Good food, coffee and restaurant options in walking distance.

Why they chose this property

As a graduate of UW-Madison, I wanted to provide direct access to the campus at the same time having privacy and at the edge of the Wingra Park neighborhood, great for runs and bike rides and walking distance from Regents Street commercial district. As you may be aware, Madison parking is difficult and this unit comes with access to two private parking spots in the garage, so no issues with parking. Huge advantage.

What makes this property unique

The condo is located in a townhouse setting with direct access to street and private parking. Quiet, central air/heat and fully furnished with great amenities.
