Nicole and Patrick were great hosts. Responsive and accommodating. The location is quiet, which we wanted, and close to several hiking options which is why we came.

Going to give a little tough love to this property because there are some parts that are lovely, but there is a lot that can be improved.Starting with the good: the yard, fire pit, and hot tub are well-manicured and picturesque; the grill worked well; the hosts were kind and responsive. We didn’t end up bringing our dogs but appreciate that they were welcome guests. The location was perfect for our needs.The “needs improvement”: the space is advertised as accommodating more people than it’s built for. A couple rooms are packed with two or three beds to fit more guests, at the expense of practicality and comfort. There are only two bathrooms, one which adjoins the master bedroom and is removed from most of the sleeping quarters. We were a group of seven adults and things were quite cramped.The house is also very rustic. While that lends the cabin a lot of its charm, it also means that certain standards of cleanliness are slightly below what was expected. For example, the floor is covered in a thin layer of dust. There are spider webs in the house and on the porch—strategic, from a bug prevention standpoint—but terrifying, from the perspective of my 35-year old brother. The linens above all need to be upgraded. There weren’t enough towels in the house for the guests, and the bedsheets didn’t feel clean or comfortable.Think this is a cute place, but would want to see a few updates before coming back.

Lovely home! Well kept and clean with a great backyard. Close to main roads but still secluded. Us and the dogs had a phenomenal time! Will definitely be back

Great location and very convenient.

You couldn't ask for a better location. Very close to Mount Washington, and the backyard feels secluded. Highly recommend if you want to stay close to the White Mountains.

Great little cabin in NH

Property was easy to access, super clean when we got there. Had plenty of beds and an equipped kitchen Grill, fire pit, and hot tub were all highlights for us! With plenty of space to hang out inside too

Great outdoor spaces with large deck, outdoor kitchen and hot tub. Pets welcome for additional fee.

Easy access, 15 minutes from I93, exit 35

Indoor storage for snow machines for customers who rent for the season (Dec-April) fixed rent, store up to 10 snow machines eliminating the need to haul machines back and forth.

Great back porch and huge secluded back yard great for families to enjoy. Outdoor kitchen and large deck from grilling and relaxing. Jump into the Jacuzzi to relax.
