Beautiful Community! Wonderful Outdoor Activities!

Well before we left for our vacation, the our host (David) was in contact with us. We were offered an early check-in, and given guidance about getting pool and aquatic club passes. It was very simple to get into our condominium, and the indoor parking garage was an unexpected blessing! Especially when we had some rain.The Point (located at the far end of the property) was beyond magnificent! The Bay view, the clear regard for nature/wildlife, the overall community emphasis on health & wellness, and the perfectly manicured grounds all added to the enjoyment of our stay. Having a restaurant at the Point (38 Degrees) was also very convenient . We enjoyed walking the property - the well paved trails allowed my husband, who is in a wheelchair, to push easily around all the grounds. We also enjoyed going to one of the pools, and driving into Ocean City daily (approximately a 22 minute drive) to walk, eat, and shop. I have nothing negative to say about our trip. It was all a tremendous blessing - a place where we made many special memories. Thank You!

Loved the unit. It was clean and cozy. It was equipped with everything you might need. I loved the location of this particular unit, very close to the pool/splash pad. We enjoyed Bayside very much. The community is peaceful, and out of the hustle and bustle, yet so close to Fenwick Island State Park, Bethany Beach and Ocean City MD. Highly recommend staying here.

Annual Thanksgiving event

This is our 3rd year staying here and it has always been a great experience. Dave and MaryHelen are wonder hosts and truly have gone over and above to be accommodating. Wonderful Stay

This condo has been meticulously maintained, very well-stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to make your meals should one decide to do so. The close proximity to the Sun Ridge pool is an added benefit as well as the very quiet front screened in patio to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or end of day drinks. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the check-in process and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Great location with fabulous amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at Bayside Resort Golf Club. The condo itself was well equipped and very clean. Its location within Bayside was fantastic as we were able to walk to the Sun Ridge complex to use the pools and other facilities. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive. If we return to the area (which we hope to do), we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool right behind the building, fishing in the nearby ponds, and kayaking at the point. Host was very responsive and the unit was as advertised. Would definitely book again.

Great property and location

This condo in the Sun Ridge neighborhood of the Bayside Community was perfect for our family. To start off, the location is ideal. Although our stay was in the off season from pool time, it would be a most convenient location for the summer months because this unit is in the building right across the street from the beautiful pool and Sun Ridge amenities. The photos online were beautiful, and when we walked in, we found that the unit was just as the photos pictured. Unit was beautifully decorated! The layout of the unit was most functional. The balcony overlooks one of the common grassy areas where there is a gazebo and large soccer net is placed for the recreation of the soccer players in one's families. Unit was very clean. Owners were wonderful to work with. They were very responsive, and provided everything we needed to make our time at their unit comfortable and convenient. We would definitely recommend this unit and renting from these owners.

Perfect for family

Loved the covered parking and easy check in process with the key code. Everything was tidy upon arrival and the condo is spacious, especially the master suite. The walk to the pool was fantastic and had everything we needed for our family. Just wished the pool opened before ten because my kids are up at the crack of dawn. During our five day stay we did notice that a lot things were overlooked when cleaning between tenants. Clothes in a dresser drawer, used hairbrushes in the vanity, half drank Gatorade bottle in a nightstand, half filled mouthwash bottle. We also noticed our feet would be dirty after walking around barefoot in the condo so we just made sure to wear socks or keep flip flops on. The owners checked in halfway through our stay and were very responsive to any of our concerns.

Clean, comfortable place in a great location. Dave and MaryHelen were super helpful and communicative. Great for families with plenty of space. Only one TV (family room) which wasn't an issue for us since our teens are glued to their phones! Otherwise, everything you'd expect with no surprises.

All we could ask for

Our family loved staying at David's Bayside Condo. From our personal entry code, parking spot, elevator access, this lovely condo has it all. The pools and splash pads and grilling stations were steps away..and David supplied all the necessary beach equipment. The unit is creatively decorated and the furnishings were lovely. Spending our vacation at Bayside was such a fun and relaxing way to celebrate our family reunion. Thank you David and Mary Helen!

Dave vacationed in Ocean City, MD while growing up and has been coming back to this area ever since. Our family has enjoyed vacations in the Fenwick area for many years with our kids, and we vacationed at Bayside numerous times before we purchased our unit in 2015. Bayside offers the best of both worlds - it is a quiet family oriented community with amazing amenities, but still close to the beaches of Bethany, Fenwick Island and Ocean City.
