Cute Place with Convenient Location

We needed a place to stay for a week while my fiance had some medical appointments. We wanted something more private than a hotel. This place was cute, quiet, and convenient. We were never more than 20 minutes away from where we wanted to go. Even though it’s a shared property, we never saw anyone else. It’s in a nice neighborhood. The property owner was quick to respond. The air conditioning worked great. I had no issues that went unaddressed. The only thing I would say is that the hot water in the shower does not last long at all. Not more than 5 minutes. So if you’re someone who really enjoys hot showers, you won’t get it here. There’s also no clear instructions about where to put the trash if it needs emptied during your stay. There is a pool at the property, but I’m not sure if it’s available for use. However, I never asked. I’m sure if I had, I’d have gotten an answer.

PERFECT for ua. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Host was very accessible easy to reach. We would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable

The unit exceeded our expectations. Very nicely furnished. A place to sit outside and enjoy the weather along with a comfortable place to relax indoors. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. Aissa was quick to respond to all of our questions.

Private Studio

Clean and spacious for a studio rental. Very private and in an excellent neighborhood very close to shopping. Clean with all necessities provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely return.

Granddaughter’s First Communion in Miami

My parents were visiting Miami to attend my daughter’s First Communion. The whole process, from begging to end, was simple and without any problems. The studio was exactly what they were looking for; clean, spacious, quiet, in a great neighborhood.

Winter escape

Left snowy Wisconsin for the warmth of Florida. This was cozy, had enough amenities, close to stores, and the outdoor patio was like being at home.

Safe, quiet neighborhood. Awesome host!

Aissa messaged me with instructions on how to get into the property the morning of my arrival. The space is in a very nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. The décor is tasteful and the space is very comfortable and large. The mattress is nice and firm (just how we like it). The space is on the very end of the home, with a separate, private entrance. We definitely will come back!

Perfect for a Couple Visiting Miami

This cute studio apartment has everything we needed for a wonderful stay for 4 days. The property is beautiful, tropical, and comfortable. The only thing you might miss is the full size kitchen. There's a microwave, refrigerator, sink, but no stove and limited dishes and pots and pans. That was FINE with me since I did not take a vacation to cook! The owners are on property and are very helpful but also gave us total privacy. Everything was great!

Great for the price!

This place was absolutely wonderful. Super close to the falls which is also a great place with restaurants and stores and even a movie theater. The only problem was the WiFi sucked. It wouldn’t let me log on and it wasn’t working. Other than that this place is really good for the money and the host was very helpful and great.

Sweet studio in great neighborhood

My husband and I wanted a location in a safe neighborhood for walking and running and this was perfect! The apartment was super clean, and tastefully furnished. Kitchenette does not have a stove and very few kitchen furnishings but we still managed to have several meals in or on the patio in the back. Fridge did not keep food very cold and I suggested owner consider replacing. Location was convenient to great shopping in South Miami area, as well as a beautiful YMCA, restaurants, and grocery stores. Wi-Fi was excellent, bed was comfy, outdoor area was nice bonus. This is a great rental for a single person or a couple who wants a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways into the city.
