Imóvel espaçoso, muito bem localizado, bem equipado com uma ótima calefação, o proprietário e o zelador são super solícitos, eu e minha família adoramos, recomendo.

Excelente apartamento

Excelente apartamento próximo ao centrinho turístico de Capivari, distando apenas 5 min a pé. Local tranquilo. Apartamento bem mobiliado e decorado, com aquecedor em todos os cômodos. O Zelador, Sr. Reginaldo foi muito atencioso, sempre a disposição. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Sr. Décio (pai do proprietário), mostrando-se sempre atencioso e preoculpado com nosso bem estar (fica aqui o meu abraço e agradecimento). Enfim, esperamos voltar e ficar mais dias, a fim de aproveitar a churrasqueira da sacada.

Excelente opção.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, muito próximo do centro, porém em rua tranquila e silenciosa. A mobília é muito confortável e os utensílios em muito bom estado. Uma varanda climatizada, com churrasqueira, proporciona bons momentos de lazer com a família. Calefação em todos os ambientes, eficiente. Excelente opção. O proprietário é muito atencioso e preocupado em proporcionar uma estada adequada. Recomendo.

Apto Impecável e muito bem localizado

O apartamento está novinho, completamente equipado e bem decorado. A localização é realmente bem próxima do centrinho do Capivari, de maneira que dá para fazer tudo a pé. Para completar, o proprietário é muito cordial e atencioso. Recomendo o imóvel e espero voltar em breve.

FERIADO DE CORPUS 2017

Estive no apartamento em um dos mais agitados feriados na temporada de Campos, está localizado realmente muito próximo ao centro, trazendo mais uma comodidade de não ter que pegar carro para se locomover no transito que fica na cidade, tanto o proprietário como o zelador que nos recepcionou são super atenciosos, o apartamento está completamente equipado para necessidades do dia a dia e até preparado para o forte frio que fazia com a calefação(nos salvou muito nas noites geladas). Super indico e espero voltar todos os anos!!
