Welcome to your quintessential Maine vacation! This home is surrounded by water with views of the ocean and Mousam River. Walk across the street to launch the provided kayak and stand up paddle boards! The private back yard overlooks the mouth of the river. Plenty of space for yard games, fire pit, and gas grill! Inside you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. See the floor plans in the photo section. The property is well equipped and ready for you to enjoy! Linens, bath towels, beach towels, ample beach equipment provided.

Mother's beach is located about 1.5 miles away. Walk down the bridal path that leads to Sea rd to avoid the road!

The property is in a perfect location. Close enough to hear the ocean and get the cool breeze without having to worry about out the sand and Everything else. Excellent communication. Clean and family friendly. The garage was a great spot for the kids. The host really goes the extra mile providing all the little things most places don’t consider.

What a great house! Lots of old charm and character along with modern comforts! The view was amazing and the Management company was one of the best we have ever dealt with. We would rent this home again!!

Beautiful home on the marsh and close to the Port. Loved that a beach pass was included in the rental as well as all the beach gear. Super charming Maine-themed house.

So beautiful. Everything beautifully provided. Only tiny minuses were (a) not knowing how close the beautiful house & the marsh were to the busy road & (b) having to call to get the code to open the garage door where the boats were. Otherwise perfect paradise, unforgettable, thank you.
