Welcome to your quintessential Maine vacation! This home is surrounded by water with views of the ocean and Mousam River. Walk across the street to launch the provided kayak and stand up paddle boards! The private back yard overlooks the mouth of the river. Plenty of space for yard games, fire pit, and gas grill! Inside you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. See the floor plans in the photo section. The property is well equipped and ready for you to enjoy! Linens, bath towels, beach towels, ample beach equipment provided. Mother's beach is located about 1.5 miles away. Walk down the bridal path that leads to Sea rd to avoid the road!
