Un letto king size, due gemelli e un divano letto matrimoniale disponibile per ospitare sei persone. Cuscini e coperte sono forniti, ma portare le proprie lenzuola e asciugamani. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Ponte esterno fuori del salotto con vista sul laghetto di acqua dolce. Grill e posti a sedere all'aperto sul ponte. La pista ciclabile Cape Cod si trova a circa un miglio di distanza. Due campi da golf sono circa 4-5 miglia dalla proprietà. generi alimentari convenienti a Stop & Shop, così come CVS Pharmacy sono un miglio dalla casa. Pleasant Bay spiagge sono a 10 minuti dove il parcheggio è gratuito e aperto al pubblico. Red River Beach si trova a circa 10 minuti di macchina e si affaccia Nantucket Sound. Mercoledì sera la musica di intrattenimento è disponibile in Harwich Port che di per sé è una zona affascinante con piccoli negozi, ristoranti e spiagge. Il proprietario è sul posto in un appartamento privato al secondo piano ed è disponibile per qualsiasi assistenza tu possa aver bisogno! Il check-in è 4:00 p. m., e il check out è alle 10:00 a. m.!

Family getaway

House worked ok for us. On a busy street but the back is overlooking a pond. Plenty of space for 4 adults but this home is very dated. If you are looking for a modern home you may want to look elsewhere. I will say the owner was great and very accommodating so we were very pleased with that.

Great rental

Good spot

Had a good time at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to a lot of restaurants and fun things to do, including a pass to Bucks pond- calm, clear water and a small sandy beach which is great if you have little kids.

Relaxing Weekend Escape

We loved our stay! The property is located on a peaceful pond which was incredible to wake up to. Centrally located, we had a quick drive to beaches, lakes, bays, and shopping. Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

Nice spot with easy pond access

Perfect house for a friends trip! We loved spending time on the deck overlooking the pond. Kevin was a great host, she was very accommodating and helpful! Even though it says it in the description, I forgot, so make sure to bring sheets…the host was very helpful with this though! Overall great house, would definitely stay again!!

Great for a family!

This is a great place to stay. It has two bedrooms on the main floor with a kitchen and living room. The deck is quite big and overlooks a beautiful pond. There is a finished basement as well. Off street parking and a short drive to anything you want to do.

delightful house with pond view

The house has a large porch overlooking a pond with beautiful wood floors. The area of East Harwich which is near Chatham its the best location on the Cape. The owners are very responsive and I would definitely come back again.

Clean, Comfortable with Convenient Location

Really enjoyed our stay, the owner was very responsive and flexible. The property was cute, well maintained and as pictured. The road noise was not noticeable inside the unit and we had access to the flower and vegetable garden. Charming!

Excellent Home

Kevin is very welcoming and accommodating. She reached out with check in information the week before our arrival, answered questions promptly, and was helpful with suggestions in the area. The house is located about 25 minutes to 2 of the National Seashore beaches, that we visited. The rail trail close by was very convenient as was the closeness of grocery stores/restaurants.

Very relaxing

My goal for this trip was to relax and chill out. This house fits that bill perfectly. The pond is calm and beautiful. The house was clean and well supplied. The owner was very communicative. I didn’t like the driveway off of a busy street but not enough to not recommend this property to others

Family vacation

We had an excellent family vacation at Kevin’s house. The house was clean, cozy and well organized. There was enough room for four adults and two kids. The view of the pond with white water lilies from the deck was amazing and the house was just a short walk from Buck’s pond which was perfect for swimming. The owner was very nice, approachable and accommodating.

What a view!

Kevin’s house is ideally located in the heart of Cape Cod, and next to a beautiful pond. The views on the pond are amazing, making the terrace exceptional. The house has everything needed for a family (including a pack n play, a booster seat, many toys…) and Kevin is a wonderful host that made everything easy for us. We would love to stay at Kevin’s house again.

Beautiful and Comfy Spot

We had a lovely stay at this property. It is located 10 minutes in any direction to all that the Harwich area has to offer, and also close to Route 6. The pond out back is peaceful and gorgeous, and we really enjoyed using the deck. The rooms are spacious with lots of storage. The owner is caring and very communicative...so patient with any questions we had. Would be a great place for a larger family with older kids or parents who could stay downstairs and younger kids upstairs - plenty of room for all.

Most beautiful view

Had a wonderful time at this lovely home. Well appointed. Clean. Conveniently located. But, the best part was the beautiful view, lovely deck and backyard, and peaceful environment. We didn't even want to leave to go to the beach (but we did). Kevin was helpful and gracious.

Freshwater and saltwater fun

We were a quick ride down the road to Buck's Pond. The four year old loved swimming out to the middle of the pond in his life jacket and building sand castles all afternoon. We tried two of the beaches around the pond, the home came with a parking pass which made getting there with young legs and grandparent legs more convenient. We did a day at Red River Beach, another great family friendly option. The cape shower was a great asset after each sandy swimming day. A great stay!

Perfection!

Loved staying at this beautiful property. Deck overlooking pond in back of house was so relaxing. So close to everything. We didn't mind busy road in front, easy to back into driveway and get out. Quiet in the house and when sleeping, house decorated so quaintly, clean, spacious. Kevin thinks of everything, she is so kind! Took Harwich Ferry to Nantucket, excellent, loved Chatham as well, mini golf very fun, great swimming at Bucks Pond. Highly recommend!!

Great place with extremely convenient location in the middle of all cape activities!

Wish we could’ve stayed longer! The house had even more amenities than described, our favorite being the outdoor shower! What a treat! We loved sitting on the back deck watching the birds fly over the pond. And we even got a chance to have s’mores at the fire pit! There were six of us and we were never in each other’s way – – the living room /dining room area was spacious, And the beds very comfortable. The only thing i would recommend is a fan for the ground level area where the sleep sofa is to help circulate the air from the windows. The house is So close to the beaches and grocery store. Kevin responded within minutes to all of our inquiries and graciously accommodated our requests. We would be happy to come back!

Had a great stay! Speaking to Kevin before we arrived.. We mentioned that we were taking in a Red Sox’s game before we got there and he made sure to leave the light on for us!!

Cape Cod wedding

Charming comfortable home overlooking a quiet pond. We were in Cape Cod for a wedding and enjoyed relaxing at home and being a short drive to everything Cape Cod offers.

We stayed in Kevin’s place and we enjoyed it a lot. It was very clean and the area offers everything. It’s in the middle of many Cape Cod attractions.

Overlooks small inland pond - quiet neighborhood - easy to tour other Cape Cod towns and villages. The house is located off a busy road, so please use caution when exiting the driveway - do not try to back out as there is enough room to turn around first.
