Our goal is to provide every guest with an exceptional stay, and we take every concern brought to our attention seriously. We are committed to maintaining our homes to a high standard and responding promptly whenever a guest reports an issue. During this stay, each concern was addressed immediately. Although the outdoor furniture had been cleaned prior to arrival, the guest requested that it be cleaned again, and we were happy to do so. The wasp nest at the front porch was removed promptly. The shower door was functional throughout the stay; however, after the guest mentioned it was not sliding as smoothly as expected, we inspected it immediately and determined that a replacement part would be needed to restore it to perfect operating condition. As a courtesy, we extended a complimentary two-hour late checkout. Our home is professionally serviced by a licensed pest control company on a regular schedule. As with any home in the Carolinas, occasional insects from outdoors may enter despite routine preventative treatments. Just as a mosquito can fly inside when a door is opened, crawling insects may also enter the same way. Keeping exterior doors open for extended periods naturally increases that possibility. Even so, after the concern was reported, we immediately arranged for an additional inspection and preventative treatment. We continuously invest in the maintenance and improvement of our home and remain committed to providing a clean, and comfortable home.
