About this property

1 Rondine - Rural House between CinqueTerre and Portofino

Room with private bathroom out of the room, in a 150 years old house located in a green valley 6 kilometers far from the Tyrrhenian Sea (10 min by car or 15 minutes by bus), between Portofino and Cinque Terre. The house is decorated in a country style and very rustic. Kitchen and living / dining area are very generous. The house has a large garden, among other things, with lemon trees, rosemary bushes and vines ... From the terrace and our room there is a nice view of the places. Zoagli, Portofino and Cinque Terre can be reached from Chiavari through a beautiful coastal road, by bus or by train. In Zoagli there is a beach with stunning walkway on the rocky coast. Cinque Terre can be reached by car or train from Sestri Levante in about an hour either.
On sundays only 4 buses connect us in 20 minutes Chiavari station but I'll be available with my car.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Notre séjour chez Ricardo a ete un enchantement. Sa maison est très agreable au calme absolu et les moments partagés avec notre hôte très enrichissants.Le hammeau sur les hauteurs est très bien situé, à 10 min de l'autoroute et de la foule pour ceux qui en ont besoin.Je recommande que ce soit en famille, en amoureux, entre amis.Nous avons passé un moment delicieux.

Historische Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr alt, jedoch größtenteils renoviert. Es hat seinen Charme nicht verloren. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann nachts diverse Tiere hören. Der Gastgeber Riccardo gab uns eine Führung. Er wohnt mit im gleichen Haus und man teilt sich einige Räume. Im Wohnzimmer arbeitet er auch, doch ist er immer für einen Plausch zu haben.

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Landhaus

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Riccardos traumhaftem Haus! Wunderschön gelegen und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir durften die Küche und Terrasse zum kochen und essen nutzen und Riccardo ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

wunderschönes Zimmer in ruhig gelegenem Bauernhaus

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Riccardo und sein Bruder Mauro sind perfekte Gastgeber (unter anderem wegen ihrer beeindruckenden Vielsprachigkeit), freundlich, hilfreich und kommunikativ. Das kleine, alte Bauernhaus ist außerordentlich hochwertig und geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet - alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden! Wir haben die Ruhe in den Bergen oberhalb der Küste sehr genossen! Wir sind als Reisende ohne Auto mit der Busverbindung ohne Probleme zurecht gekommen. Auch die Kinder haben diesen Urlaubsort geliebt. mille grazie, riccardo!

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits. Nous avons profondément apprécié les valeurs humaines de Mauro qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a aidés dans nos multiples démarches. Non seulement il conseille des activités et des lieux à visiter, mais il sait partager les moments de convivialité lors des quelques repas pris en commun avec une autre famille en villégiature. La maison est grande, belle, propre, accueillante, dans un cadre magnifique.
