Plenty of room for the 8 of us to be together but also have our own space. Nice variety of restaurants in the area. There was only 1 tv in the house although the listing said there were tvs in all the bedrooms (we didn’t mind because we spent more time together) the house has antique charm with updated kitchen and bathrooms. We had a nice stay.

We really appreciate the feedback! It sounds like you had a wonderful stay together, and we're glad the house provided the perfect balance of shared space and privacy. Thank you for the note about the TVs. You were fantastic guests, and we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime.
We stayed here for 2 nights. Very nice property. It was kind of like staying at your grandparent's house, but updated and clean. Only drawbacks for us were the upstairs bathroom has two taps. One for hot and one for cold. It just wasn't that convenient. And, that one of the upstairs main light fixtures in one of the bedrooms wasn't working. Small inconveniences for a clean, safe place to stay. Traveling as a family of 8, it was nice to have room for everyone to sleep and spread out during our stay. Close to local attractions too! We also loved using the grand piano!
The house was perfect! We had an amazing time celebrating our daughters law school graduation. The house was a great venue for our outdoor family gathering. We enjoyed the patio! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We were unable to use the coffee maker becuase it needed to be desalced. Also, the ice and water dispener on the refirgerator were not working so we jsut did not use it. Over all I would stay here in the future. The street had amble parkign for guests.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
The experience started poorly by not being able to access the front door code/entry. Informed we needed to use the back door. Immediately upon entry, the smell of weed was so strong throughout the property. The bathrooms didn't have amenities you would expect. No wash clothes, no shampoo or conditioner. The entryway light had a bulb out and the front porch did not have a working light. The kitchen trash can was broken, the ice machine was not working, the kitchen left side sink was backed up and the disposal wasn't working. The beds were listed as queens. They were doubles. The images show patio furniture - there was none. The sofa left arm had a large rip in it and the list goes on...for the cost - the value and experience was terrible.
