Behind private gates, this Guest House on a 29-acre working avocado ranch, has carved out a special spot in the foothills of the Santa Ynez Mountains. The true stars of the show, however, are the unobstructed panoramic views of the coast and Santa Barbara landscape. The location is serene and quiet, yet offers close proximity to explore the city life and coastal beaches. Additionally, with it's keen location just off the scenic San Marcos Pass (Hwy 154), the relaxed countryside of Santa Ynez Wine Country is also a mere 20 minutes away. Nature's gifts are everywhere. Birds of all kinds routinely sing and splash about in the entry courtyard fountain just outside the Living Room window. With a warm fireplace to cozy up to, evenings here are magical as well. A full-size sofa sleeper and 60" flat screen TV complete the main room appointments.
The Kitchen has been outfitted fully for guests seeking to cook up something special while enjoying time together around the large table. Just outside, a complete Viking barbecue center features a 7-burner grill, rotisserie, refrigerator, and ice maker with "crush-rite" feature.
The Master Suite, with a luxurious king-size bed and 60" TV, features French doors that open to the view terrace. Inside the en suite Bathroom, an authentic clawfoot tub and walk-in shower create a sanctuary of luxury. On equal par with the Master Suite, the second Bedroom has ocean views and French doors to seating just outside. A hallway Bathroom with Spanish tile accents is spacious and features a walk-in steam shower.
More spectacular views will be experienced from the rooftop deck. Created as an epic location to enjoy the landscape and seascape, the deck delivers, with an enormous spa, seating area, and seating area for four guests. With the stars overhead at the end of a busy day, there is no denying the spectacular gift of this amazing property. Mother Nature has provided a painting of colorful and memorable proportions.

Weekend rate applies to Sunday night of any legal holiday weekend.

Stays of less than 30 nights are subject to a 12% Lodging Tax + $2.20/night Tourism Tax.
