A Peaceful Existence

The unit was very elegant, quiet and my experience was extremely satisfying. The unit was clean, inviting and I definitely will stay there again.

Excellent Stay

We stayed for 6 nights! The room was clean, easy to get to, and worth the stay. The view was excellent! Loved having a washer and dryer in the room which made things easy. Everything we needed was available. We came with 2-18 year olds, 1-5 year old, and had no issue accommodating all of us.The swimming pool was easy to get to from the room. The pool wasn't overly packed as people would come and go.The beach was across the street and had no issues going to and from. Sharky's across the street made an easy walk for dinner one of the nights!Next time we come back to PCB we will definitely look into renting the same room/location.I recommend this location and Thank you for a great stay!!

Beautiful week in PCB

This unit was clean and well maintained. Exactly like the picture. We enjoyed our visit. This is the 2nd time at the Origin. I will continue to book my stay at this beautiful condo. Perfect location perfect view.

Very nice…

Swanky nicely remodeled condo… will def try and get this one again. The only issue we ran into was there was no sheets for the fold out bed. Emailed the contact and got no response.

Great location!

Our balcony had a great view of the beach and sunset. Beach is just across the street. The road that runs in front of the property is busy and can be loud but very quiet at night. The condo was very nice and clean. Kitchen had the basic necessities. You are only provided with one roll of toilet paper for the week, so we had to buy that. We used the dryer to get our towels dry at the end of the day. Restaurants within walking distance. The parking garage is not well designed and there were many big trucks parked in there but also outside lots, so not a problem. The pool area is nice although we didn't use it. There is also a grill in the community area that you could use. We have nothing negative to say and would stay here again.

Great Place to stay!

We loved it. The bed in the bedroom is so comfortable! The couch beds not so much. I am just glad we didn't have adults that needed to sleep on them. They were great for our kids though! And the walk across the street seemed inconvenient at first... It's not at all! The condo was great for our trip! Thank you!

Nice but can be better

The place was clean and nice. There could have been a few more dishes in the condo. Also, the first day that we got there we noticed that there was water in the floor of the hallway and when we went into the condo the floor outside of the bathroom was wet. We let the front desk know and they were aware of the problem because someone told them the day before. That next day we were woke up by maintenance and they came in the room and looked at everything and could not figure out where the leak was coming from. They were in and out of our room for over a hour and then had to cut several holes in the wall to find the leak. The leak was fixed but it took time away from us because we couldn't shower until I was fixed. The couches were completely worn out to sleep on.

Good but kitchen was not fully furnished

Kitchen was by far not fully furnished as indicated. Other than that our stay was great. Great room for a small family not sure the pull out on couches would be very comfortable for older children. The one couch needs repaired or replaced.

Great room but far from furnished

Room itself was great but there were several issues with supplies. The room sleeps 6 but you are only given 4 towels and rags for the week. We had to buy more towels and rags @ Walmart. Kitchen is far from fully furnished.. missing oven glove to get things out of oven, cookie sheet, casserole dish. The only bake ware was an old lasagna tin someone left in room. We bought more cookware and left in the room for next guest. I wasn't expecting to spend any extra on kitchen supplies that's the reason we paid more for kitchen. All mattress are completely worn out and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! ITS TIME TO REPLACE! Things you need to bring that were not provided and are @ many other places: Toilet paper ( we only got one roll for 6 people for a week) Kitchen soap to wash dishes Laundry detergent Paper towels Tea pitcher or something for drinks Blanket you only get 2 for 3 beds Towels for bath Located in nice resort and friendly staff. Great Spot

Facility: Carts for luggage were a nice surprise. Internet streamed Netflix in HD no problem. Wifi is facility wide. I couldn't get my Chromecast working on Wifi, but I had my laptop for movies. Rarely had to wait for elevators - big plus! Beach Access: Across the street. Easy access through a gate, if it's open. If not you need to walk around the side of a building, but it's an easy stroll. Room: Very clean. Bed was amazing. Girlfriend checked the tags on the sheets because she wants that brand now. Couches were cozy and nice fabric for beachwear - a little sag with one of them, but not a big deal. Kitchen was clean, fridge didn't stink. Great view of the sunset. Living room TV has DVD player. Both TV's have a selection of channels. Minor Cons: Couldn't get the balcony door to lock. The condo door has a 'seasonal' passcode. Makes getting in and out really easy, but also a little low-security. An easy access safe for laptops/jewelry/etc would make a nice addition if the door lock can't be changed per-visit.

Great view and location but that is it.

The place was spacious, has an awesome view and in a great location but is starting to have seen better days. And we learned NOT to go to Panama City beach in March! Too many spring breakers, noisy, rude, busy with traffic. The condo needs a new mattress on the bed and new couches. Have been well worn as the springs are shot on all.
