Fifth Floor, one bedroom one bath condo #501W. Private balcony overlooking the largest of three pools and overlooking the white sandy beaches and the gorgeous blue ocean. The beach access is located at the west pool and the center pool, and we have 2 complimentary beach chairs with umbrella waiting for you on the beach. Just let the beach attendant know that you are our guest at the Sunbird unit 501W. The complimentary chairs are only available during March 1 and October 31. Our one bedroom one bath unit includes a king size bed in bedroom (linens provided), one queen sleeper sofa (linens provided), and one full sleeper love seat. Sleeps 4 adults or equivalent to. The Condominium Office will only allow you to purchase 4 wrist bands per condo. All persons age 12 and over are to wear a wrist band on the property at all times.
The bathroom is furnished with towel sets and 1 roll of toilet paper.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook in if you desire. Grills and picnic table(s) are located at the two end pool areas. The balcony is perfect to sit out in the early morning or late evening to enjoy the beautiful view. The sunrise/sunset over the ocean is spectacular. Unit includes two flat screen cable TV, one in living area and the other in the bedroom. Free WiFi. Resort includes fitness center, and three pools, which one is heated during the months from November 1 to March 1. Washer/dryer is located on the first floor. Washer/dryer accepts coins and credit cards.
The Sunbird Condominium is close to all the good restaurants and attractions, including pier park. Has private gate to walk next door to Pineapple Wiley's.
No pets are allowed.
Must be 25 years old to rent the condo and must physically stay at the condo during your vacation.
Once you arrive on the property you must purchase a parking pass $30 and wrist bands $6 per each person age 12 and older. Parking pass must be displayed over rear view mirror in vehicle. Wrist bands must be worn will on property so as to identify you as our guest. The Security Guard and Sunbird Office does not accept cash; only debit or credit cards.
