Owners and cleaners are EXTREMELY allergic to animal hair and dander so please be considerate of our allergies. No smoking, no vaping, no drugs.
You must send us a copy of your official ID and photo by email within 48 hours after booking. You must agree to read and sign our House Rules and agree to all of the condo rules present and future. You must agree to send us the security deposit. We will send you the House Rules and condo rules and you have 48-72 hours to sign them and send them back to us by email. We will return your security deposit after your departure and we and the cleaners have inspected the condo for any damages or theft.
VERY SAFE AREA. Outside cameras will soon be installed for more safety. We have had many retired couples come to stay to visit family. Please let us know your situation and we will try to work with you. For those who are not on the reservation, spouses, children, and grandchildren are always allowed to stay for short times but you must get our specific permission for each time.
