Overall a good stay for 5 to 6 people that is close to food and attractions at Ayer Itam (including the funicular train station to go up Bukit Bendera/Penang hill) and the host was very helpful and was there in person to make sure we settled in alright. The host also shared with us location of events that were talking place, markets and places to visit. However, the place was a little smaller than expected and located in an older flat with a somewhat mouldy stench in Ayer Itam.

Nice homestay and wonderful owner. Mrs Zee is very warm and courteous person who helped us a lot during our stay. The room and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The aircond is good. The wifi provided sometime not work and the connection is very poor. We had a great time stay here. Overall I highly recommend!

Thank for offering a great place for us... The house is fully renovated and it is so comfortable , clean and nice... And the price is reasonable. The owner very nice and friendly, they provide us free coffee and Maggie cup... They also take initiative to ask us need for towel or not... The environment actually abit old, and the parking may hard to find a closer place if back very late. Overall it is very good, and we will suggest to friends who are interested in future...
