➤ This unit does not include parking. Free street parking is available in front of the building. Since street parking often becomes full later in the day, SP+ parking garages are accessible within a 7-minute walk (0.3 miles).
➤ While the pictures may slightly differ from the actual apartment, the overall aesthetics and style remain consistent. We strive to maintain a similar look and feel to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.
➤ Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.
➤ Outdoor security cameras are present but not inside the property.
➤ Please note that while a Smart TV is provided, streaming services are not pre-signed. Guests are encouraged to utilize their own login credentials for access during their stay and ensure to log out upon checkout.
➤ Pet Policy: We welcome pets during your stay for an additional fee.
★ A Background Check and Government ID are required for check-in. If the background check fails, the building reserves the right to refuse entry. Please ensure you complete the necessary documentation as soon as possible. We will not be able to provide a refund if entry is denied on the day of check-in due to late submission. ★

➤ To ensure compliance with legal and property security regulations, you must provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and pass a secure verification process for a criminal background check. ➤ Please note that presenting a valid government ID is mandatory before check-in. Your check-in instructions will be provided upon successful completion of our verification process .

Failed check: In the rare case of a failed check, we reserve the right to deny entry. A full refund will be provided, as long as you cancel on your end.

My Minnie Stay
Very clean building with security cameras and well lighted front entrance. Apartment was very spacious with everything you could need inside no need to run to the store. I was very impressed with host reaching out to me if I needed anything and how my stay was far. Definitely going back.
