Lovely property

We enjoyed our time back in Omaha at this lovely home. I try to find properties to stay at that have a comfortable living room, as we like to relax with a nightcap before bed and get up to a comfortable place to drink a cup of coffee in the morning. If comfort is important to you, this is your place!

Perfect, cozy home for family’s

My family stayed here for 2 weeks. I have 3 kids under 6. The bunk beds and travel crib were perfect. The furniture is all very new and high quality. All the beds were very comfortable. This house has about everything you need for an extended stay. Great location near the interstate, UNMC, and the zoo.

Plumbing issue, was locked out for a little while and cereal under the couch so I guess the cleaning fee is only for after we leave and not before

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry about the sink slow drain- when we called to check in about it and let you know we were getting someone to look at it you told us it was all okay. Glad we could get you back in after getting locked out. I don’t know if you ever got your app working as it seemed the instructions on getting in and parking weren’t followed. I hope our availability and many communications throughout your stay made up for a missed under the couch clean. We will let the cleaning crew know! We appreciate the making of the beds before you left- very helpful!

Our family of four stayed for a full month, and we are grateful we found this place! It is comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped for everything we needed. We had ample room and all the amenities we needed for a full month. The kids loved having a bunk bed and a full back yard to play in. The kitchen was well stocked with items and utensils for cooking when we wanted to. It was great to be able to use a full-sized gas grill on the back patio, complete with patio table and chairs. During our stay, we met the neighbors who were all very friendly. It was also great to have our own washer and dryer, so we could pack light and do laundry ourselves. When we very first arrived, we struggled to unlock the front door due to a miscommunication of the lockbox code given to us by VRBO, but the host quickly sent us the correct code, and we were in. Door locks just may not be our thing because later on, we managed to lock ourselves out by leaving the keys inside and turning the doorknob lock on the way out, totally my fault, and the host quickly got someone to help us inside! Overall, the host was considerate and super helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything at all!

The place was nice and clean. easy access to highway which was nice. I would recommend adding a few pans to the kitchen and maybe cooking spray so people can use the kitchen to cook meals easier
