2. Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Please turn off all the lights when you leave the house and leave the key on the dinning table.

4. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. Smoke detectors are installed in each room and common area. If you need to smoke, please close the windows and doors and smoke in the backyard to avoid disturbing others. Marijuana, heroin, cocaine, LSD, peyote and other opioid drugs use is strictly prohibited in the property (including backyard) and will result in a $1000 compensation for cleaning.

6. Please do not damage or destroy any walls, interior decorations, furniture, or equipment. Any damages must be compensated for their regular purchasing price(e.g., bed sheets stained with urine, blood, vomit, painting on walls, etc.).
7. The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Please avoid loud noises after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors and other guests.
8. Parties are not allowed.
9. To save energy, please turn off the power in rooms and common areas when not in use.
10. The kitchen and utensils are available for use. Please use them carefully as the host is not responsible for any accidents.
11. To ensure other guests' rest, please avoid loud noises in public areas from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
12. Drug use, gambling, and any illegal activities are prohibited in the property. Violations will be reported to the police. The property is not responsible for personal safety during your stay, including fights, accidents after drinking, and health issues.
13. We do not provide disposable toiletries. We only provide bath towels, towels, shampoo, body wash, and hairdryers. We do not change bed sheets, pillowcases, or towels daily.
14. Free street parking is available. Please be aware of street cleaning schedules to avoid fines. The property is not responsible for any parking fines.
15. To maintain cleanliness, please remove your shoes at the porch, slippers are provided right at the main entrance.
