Relax with family or friends at this peaceful North Scottsdale retreat. Home has been tastefully decorated with stylish and comfortable furnishings. Spacious bedrooms with top of the line beds for a great nights sleep. Fully stocked kitchen for those wanting to stay in and cook. Multiple gathering areas in home for movie night or games. Backyard paradise that features large covered patio, sparkling pool and relaxing ambiance. Great location close to top events, shopping, and dining.

Property was set up to make sure as soon as you walk through the door you feel right at home. No shortcuts here, home was furnished w comfort and style in mind. Gather for movie night in the living room or family game night in the great room that looks out over the backyard.

Kitchen is fully stocked for those wanting to dine in for family gatherings. Great room features wet bar, TV, and multiple seating.

Spacious bedrooms that all have new beds with top of the line mattresses and bedding so you stay rested on your AZ getaway.

Escape to the backyard and fire up the grill to gather for an outdoor dining experience. Diving pool that makes for a great place to cool off in the Arizona heat. Pool has plenty of lounge chairs and seating to soak up the sun.

Prime location near Scottsdale Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter which features luxury shopping and dining experiences. Just minutes from TPC Scottsdale and Waste Management Open.

Guests have entire home to themselves and there is no shared spaces here.

Guests will receive a unique door code prior to their stay that allows access to the home.

We are available as needed but don't bother our guests.

24 hour emergency hot line available.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Guests must be respectful or neighbors and home at all times. Quiet residential neighborhood.

Absolutely no smoking in home at any time. Any signs of smoking will result in a $1000 fine to guest.

City of Scottsdale requires us to obtain guest information and group composition. Upon successful booking you will be messaged a link to fill out occupancy forms and safety notice.

Pool can be heated for an extra $75 a day or $350 a week

Great property!

Our stay at this property had both positives and areas for improvement. The location was convenient, but being near a school meant that we frequently heard children playing and shouting during school hours, which may not suit guests looking for a quieter environment. Additionally, the oven was not cleaned prior to our arrival causing the smoke alarm to go off, and the shower head needed repairs, which affected the overall experience. With some attention to these maintenance issues, the property could provide a more comfortable stay. Despite these concerns, communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy.

Beautiful Home in a Great Neighborhood!

The home was like new, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The host was excellent, and the entire stay was seamless from check-in to check out. One of the best VRBO experience we have ever had!!

Full time real estate agent in the Scottsdale area and father to two amazing daughters. Originally from a small town in the Midwest but have lived in Arizona now for over 20 years. Very active in the Phoenix youth sports scene. I spend my weeks working and my weekends in basketball gyms. VRBO is a great service and I've already met some amazing people traveling to Arizona through hosting properties. We take pride in making the guests stay comfortable and enjoyable.
