We stayed here for a 3 day ski trip. The house itself was nice bit the place was not clean. There were dead bugs in all the bedrooms. The kitchen did not have a usable coffee maker. The pans were mostly not usable and the silverware was placed in the draws dirty. The closets had open electrical wiring. When we walked in, the house was a cold 55 degrees and none of the heaters in the kids bedrooms or kitchen were on. We had to light the heaters ourselves and turn on all the gas lines. There were no linens on one of the beds and there were no extra linens anywhere in the house. When we called to ask for more linens, Vacasa refused to provide the linens 2 days in a row because they stated the weather was too bad to drive. Finally, the driveway was very long and it wasn't plowed whe. We came back from skiing all day. Our all wheel drive suv got stuck in a snow bank because of the 8 inches of snow on the driveway. We called vacasa for help and they told us it was our responsibility to call and have the driveway plowed. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they are able to fix their issues. Vacasa local representative contacted us and apologized for the call center and said they would look at the posting and see if they could.make it up to us but we have never heard from him again.
