Wonderful family home set-back one block off of Cliff Road on a quiet, low traffic street abutting beautiful conservation land.

Featuring authentic post-and-beam architecture and situated on an over-sized property, this house combines unique privacy and tranquility with convenient walking proximity to town, Nantucket’s north shore beaches, the Tupancy Links trails, The Westmoor Club and Something Natural.

Built in 2007, this home has recently undergone a face-lift with a top island decorator and features updated design appointments, state of the art amenities and brand new furnishings as of May 2016.

The house includes decks / porches on every floor with outdoor lounge and dining furniture, a gas grill, Sonos audio, two TV areas with 4K HD TVs, a large backyard and an outdoor shower. The property also has ample off-street parking.

A separate office space detached from the main house was added in 2020.

Our Best House Yet

This is a well-decorated and spacious home on a quiet street in Nantucket. The layout of the home allows for both privacy and being together. There are even toys which was perfect for our group which included two toddlers. We all agreed that it was an excellent choice!

Perfect Fall Vacation

Magical just like Nantucket!

The house is beautifully appointed and provided enough space so that our family could be together but also have time apart. The two living spaces gave privacy and community. The decks overlooked beautiful nature, and the house had everything a family could need. We would love to come back.

Beautiful House

Our family of 9 (all adults) loved the house and location. It was spacious and extremely comfortable. We’ll stay here again next year if it’s available.

Great Nantucket house for families

The house is beautiful and exactly as depicted. In addition, there were a ton of items for babies and toddlers, which made the stay even easier. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

Great house in wonderful location and amazing owners

This house is bright and cheery in a quiet location but close to town. Great open kitchen and living area with a patio overlooking the backyard. Enjoyed coffee every morning under the umbrella and reading at the table on the deck. Very spacious home with lots of places to enjoy being with family. Comfortable bedrooms with clean and modern bathrooms. Enjoyed the new office above the garage to have a private spot for work related meetings. The house is close to the bike trails and also a nice walk to town. The owners of this home are wonderful, super responsive and couldn't have been more helpful. They are great hosts. Loved this vacation!

Perfection. No additional adjectives needed

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We reserved this house almost 2 years in advance of our stay. The host allowed us to visit the house when we were on island 1 year in advance, and was always very supportive and responsive when I had any questions. Outside of the host, the house was awesome. It was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, and we hope to return for a future family vacation.

Salt Water Taffy is a wonderful spacious house - and is especially accommodating for larger families

Salt Water Taffy is a wonderful spacious house - and is especially accommodating for larger families or groups of friends. Located off the Cliff Road area, it's a bit confusing to initially find, but that's not at all unusual for Nantucket! It's private, quiet with a wonderful yard and gardens, plus several decks in the front and back that offer either shade or sun, with comfy large-cushioned outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining table. The home has three floors which all have their own living room areas, two with giant TV screens, which is terrific for lager groups because everyone can have their own sense of space and privacy. Overstuffed chairs and sofas on every level. The five bedrooms are divided between the three floors, the master suite is on the upper main floor, three bedrooms on the ground walk-in level (two queens and one with two full beds), and one in the lower level. The beds are comfortable with comfy duvets and sheets. The kitchen is awesome for cooking in, and there are dishes, pans and trays for every kind of meal you can think of. My kids especially enjoyed the SONOS and Alexa features. On the ground floor level they have a Peloton exercise bike, weights, and a ping-pong table. Pretty much every detail is thought of making it a really wonderful rental.

Beautiful home, perfectly located.

Really enjoyed the house. Very spacious and beautifully laid out. I loved that there was one porch that was in the shade for reading in the afternoon, and another to use in the evening when the sun had set. The kitchen, living room, and patio flowed beautifully. It was a bit nerve-racking with a toddler, I wanted to make sure none of the furnishings were stained or the accessories damaged, but it was a lovely setting. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful.

Purchased by siblings as a property to comfortably accommodate multiple generations of family and friends. Mostly used by us on the weekends, though we look to rent it a few weeks per year.

The separate office space added in the out building in 2020 provides a quiet place to work or take calls outside of the main house.
