We stayed for a weekend, sporting event and social gathering at UNI. The house was delightfully quiet and comfortable. Will absolutely be looking for availability for future visits!

Great value for a team of working professionals in contrast to a hotel. 3 King sized bedrooms was awesome for everyone, and the property was clean and well stocked with all essentials needed for a stay.

We stayed for two nights for a sporting event. The townhome was very clean, beds were comfortable, check-in and out very smooth. Overall very nice in a safe neighborhood. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would certainly stay here again.

Disappointed. It’s basic, no extras. A 5 cup coffee maker, no ESPN or basic channels. Three large bedrooms, hard beds. Don’t plan on cooking because the pots and pans are scored and should be tossed out. Three knives, a knife block that should be tossed also. The owner should plan a stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property! Always clean, and feels like a new home, plenty of towels, comfortable clean bedding, and the owner is very easy to work with! We will definitely stay her for future visits as our whole family, including my sons dog, has a space and bathroom of their own

Very nice and clean property , comfy king beds . Nice size bedrooms , large closets , no dressers . No biggie , we were only there a couple nights. Backyard walkout patio , lots of open yard space if you wanted to to play yard games . No cookie sheet pans , small coffee pot , 2 cup per. Otherwise , kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property . And not far from beautiful downtown Cedar falls . I give a 5 star rating .

Host had great communication. Check-in was easy. Property was nice. Host asked that we move to a different property that was larger but otherwise comparable in quality and location to the property we booked. This was no problem for us. No issues.

Easy to find and well located between Cedar Falls and Waterloo. Check in and checkout were very smooth. Unit was clean and well laid out for a family of four. Kitchen does not have extensive supplies but worked fine for basic breakfasts and snacks. TV and wifi worked without issue. Washer and dryer also worked well. Host was responsive when asked a question via text. We’d stay here again!

We loved staying in this townhome while attending a recital. The bedrooms are great and the main floor is nice to hang out. We highly recommend this place!

this was an amazing property and comfortable for 6 family members to stay and enjoy family time. Only bad experience was with the check in process for a first time user of Vrbo. Great stay and will look into availability whenever we visit family in Iowa.

Good rest on our Long drive Home

We stayed here after driving 13 hours through South Dakota and Iowa. We each had our own room which made for a good night’s rest. The place was brand new & super clean.

Everything worked out well for our purposes, which was basically an overnight stay. Had we actually spent more time at the house, I think we would have found it was lacking in some things. It did seem light on supplies. No extra linens or towels. Had we been at full capacity, we would have needed more towels. It's a new build and felt very clean.

Convenient location. Kitchen and living room areas a bit to the r for 5 adults and 1 child. Beds are all King size and comfortable.Shower heads need to be replaced, sprayed all over. Condo was clean and plenty of towels. Our garbage bin was full on arrival with spoiled food which attracted bugs. Tried to get attention of property manager and finally was told in a text they would empty. Garbage never emptied. Fee charged for what we experienced was fair but don’t think we would choose to stay again.

Cleanliness

The sheets in the one bedroom had a dried and sticky appearing stain to them. The couch had food crumbs on it.The kitchen towel had tomato appearing pieces on it.I emailed 3 days prior to check in asking if we could possibly get access to the property one hour earlier. No response.
