A balcony with fantastic views (which can be accessed from the living room or bedroom), an open floor plan and excellent Sports Village facilities make our condo a perfect get away. Our 750 square foot condo is easy access and includes use of a garage. The condo includes free Wifi and there is no condo above you. The sofa in the living room converts to a queen bed and there is a king bed in the bedroom. Also the condo has two cable TVs, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove/oven, cookware, washer and dryer and a garden tub in the bathroom. The TV in the living room is a flat screen with DVD player in the TV for your movie watching. The other flat screen TV is located in the bedroom.
So why stay in a hotel when you can relax in our condo with all the amenities of a resort. There are 2 tennis courts, 1 Pickle Ball court, 2 racquetball courts, 2 swimming pools (one of which is adults only), Jacuzzi, a kid’s playground, sand volleyball court, shuffleboard courts, indoor miniature golf, billiards, foosball, ping-pong and a fitness center. Sports Village is located on 10 acres with many walking paths. There is a boat/RV storage facility available. Please contact the clubhouse for current rates and availability if you want to store your boat/RV. Please click on the calendar button to verify if the dates you wish to rent are available.
St George is just 1 hour away from Zion, 1 ½ hours to Cedar Breaks National Park, 147 miles to Bryce National Park and 277 miles to the Grand Canyon. There are many local and state parks located in St. George as well.
St. George has many public golf courses and if gambling interests you, Mesquite Nevada is only 40 minutes away.

About Laura Ritter
My husband and I have visited St. George for many years now as it is our primary vacation get away location. We love to off road and there are so many trails (mainly easy) that after all these years we still have not gone on all of them. We also love the nearby towns and national/state parks. We visit so often that we decided to purchase a condo for our personal vacation use and to rent it out for others to enjoy and get to know and love St. George. With a new airport and events all year round, St. George has become a great get away town.

Condo was very clean and well stocked!
The Condo was very clean and well stocked, perfect place for us. Laura was a pleasure to work with! Would definitely recommend this place!
This condo was GREAT! First-timers but not our last!
This condo was easy to find and convenient to the places we wanted to get to. The 2 most important factors to me are; the bed was VERY comfortable, and the unit was spotless.
The instructions on how to use the appliances was very helpful and everything worked.
The garage was very nice to have. We didn't have to worry about the rental car, but outside parking was no issue. The on site activities were also plentiful.
We were here during Thanksgiving, and I was able to cook and bring our share to the large family gathering. Having condiments in the refrigerator and pantry staples was an unexpected pleasure. We used a little of a few items and replaced items as requested.This unit had large plastic bowls with covers and a glass dish for my microwave Apple Crisp. The variety of DVD Movies was excellent and we had fun watching some, during our down time.
We had a wonderful time.
This was our first time using anything other then a motel. We will definitely rent this property again!!! Thank You!
Loved our stay
The condo is along the ridge line! Great views. Building R. Wing Side- so it’s quiet & no stairs to climb. It is a little small but perfect for a couple w 1 or 2 small children. I especially love that the kitchen is fully stocked w cleaning supplies & small things like coffee filters & sugar! It was nice to walk up & enjoy a cup of coffee without having to go buy filters bc we forgot. I always leave items like this behind for other guests when I stay in a condo. Extra toilet paper, paper towels etc! Replace as you go & pay it forward!! You can tell others have definitely left the necessities behind! The fireplace doesn’t produce heat, it’s an electric lamp but gave a nice ambience to the condo. Great little condo to stay with everything you need! We spent some time at Snow canyon riding horses & sand Hollow renting ATVs with our teenage son. Fiesta fun was great for lazer tag, bowling, mini golf & go carts. We also played basketball at the club house. The pools were closed, of course it is Nov. We hiked some in snow canyon. We love St. George & will be back!!
Perfect for our vacation
Great location for the two of us, close to all our needs. We enjoyed the national parks just a short drive away and it's nice to come back to the condo. The condo was well maintained and clean and we found it had alot of little extras that help make our stay that much better.
Would be happy to return to this location someday.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodations were roomy and comfortable for the two of us. The location was great for the activities we had planned.
Close by is Zion National Park and Cedar Breaks National Park. There are also many state and local parks located in St. George.

Fees and Taxes Cleaning fee: $60 per stay except for monthly stays which is $80 per stay. Sales Tax: 11.6% on rental portion (not on cleaning) when applicable. We have a business license in the City of St. George (which is required). As such, the State of Utah requires we charge sales tax when applicable.
