Camp Reminiscing is gelegen aan de voet van Adirondack aan het Brantingham Lake (45 minuten ten N van Rome NY, 10 minuten ten zuiden van Lowville NY). Ideaal om te ontspannen en / of onderhoudend. Grote kamer, open haard, veranda en 6 slaapkamers. 150 'van het water, twee dokken, boothuis, tal van waterspeelgoed, ruime vuurplaats en 8 fietsen. Minuten van het hele jaar door paden, skiën en golfen. Geniet in de winter van het sneeuwmobiel-mekka in New York. Beperkte beschikbaarheid in juli en augustus. Seizoensverhuur beschikbaar in de winter.

We had an absolutely amazing time and so much fun during our stay! There was so much to do and the property was stunning! This was the perfect vacation getaway for our family and we hope to come back again next year! Thanks for the memories!

Great place

The property was exactly as advertised and amazing. We had a great time and the lake was awesome. We accidentally damaged some of the shower but had trip insurance and the owner was very nice and understanding about the whole situation. Would highly recommend this place

Great Lake House on Trail

We stayed here for a weekend with 6 people and it was perfect. We rode side by sides on Tug Hill and it was easy to get to. Very close to bars and restaurants in Brantingham. The house was very clean, cozy, and spacious! It would be perfect in summer as well. Great swimming area, dock, and recreation area in the boat house. We hope to be back soon!

Pre-Christmas getaway

This was our 2nd stay at Camp Reminiscing. The house is very cozy, comfortable & spacious. The location is very peaceful here this time of year. The view of the sunset on the frozen lake was just breathtaking. So many laughs around the foreplace and the large kitche. Table! Cant wait to come back again.

Another wonderful stay

This was our 4th stay at Camp Reminiscing and it did not disappoint. Our family always looks forward to our time at the lake. Lots of memories made! The enhancement to the lakefront and boathouse were beautiful!

Return Stay

We are return guests to Camp Reminiscing. We love this camp for the space, the amenities, and most of all the lake. Doesn’t get much better than this!

Hasn't had a deep clean since 1985

Overall I did not like this rental.I knew it would be older from the pics, but it did not meet my expectations. There was mouse droppings on multiple beds, and in the silverware drawers. There was the last renters trash in the upstairs bathroom, and their dishes were still in the dishwasher. I even found a dead mouse in the basement window sill. It rained for both days, and we planned on watching Monday night football... but there was no comedy central, no ESPN... sigh! And the couch was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever watched a movie on in my life. I would have had that on the curb years ago. I am giving it two stars only because the property was on a lake with a kayaks and rowboat to borrow. That made it enjoyable for my husband. I guess when it said "camp" they were not joking. The owners seemed pleasant and responded very promptly to emails and reservations.

Terrific place

Everything was just as the lister promised. Great view Lots to do, a paddle did break from old age And dry rot but made for a fun story getting back to shore! Thanks so much

Relaxing Getaway

The place was so picturesque!! Beautiful view of the lake!! Loved the cabin feel of this beautiful lakeside home!!! We enjoyed a fire by the lake at night and breakfast and coffee on the dock in the morning!! Great neighborhood and easy access for our boat!

Christmas getaway

We had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect place for the 3 of us. Lots of room to entertain when friends of ours from the area came up for dinner. Excellent Place to Stay

Excellent place for a family or small group to enjoy, beautiful lake views. Plenty of space to sleep. Direct Access to the ATV/UTV trails. Excellent communications with the property owner.

Camp Reminiscing is owned by Brian & Sara Stancampiano (pictured) and Marcia and Randy Makoski from Rochester, NY. Sara and Marcia are sisters who grew up vacationing at the camp every summer along with their 3 other siblings. Their parents Jane & Coyne O'Brien were dear friends of the prior owners (Kobilaks).

- Horseshoes, 8 bikes (garage), tennis rackets, fishing poles,
- Fire pit overlooking the lake (fire wood in garage),
- Blackstone Gridle and Charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid )
